Salt substitutes
Salt is not a healthful option for everyone. Some of the common substitutes for salt are listed below low-sodium table salt alternatives marketed to circumvent the risk of high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease associated with a high intake of sodium chloride while maintaining a similar taste. They usually contain mostly potassium chloride. AlsoSalt is a salt substitute that isn't salt, but tastes like it.
