most problem with the notion of women leadership is the lack of information on how women actually behave in the organization

STATEMENT OF PROBLEM
Nowadays with facing unstable social and rapidly changing organizational environments increase the need for able, leadership style. Even thought previous study had a lot of information about leadership style but the leaders are lacking using the suitable leadership style in the organization most problem with the notion of women leadership is the lack of information on how women actually behave in the organization

directly benefit to sport organization in helping them identify what leadership style was most successful for their organization

findings will provide much needed information on an area within the organization that needs improvement includes leadership training, recruitment, and retention.
Leadership was examined through the lens of the full range of leadership developed by Avolio and Bass (2004) including transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire leadership styles in the organization.
Better leadership style are needed for all leaders in order to facing the challenges of the ever-changing landscape of organizations (U.S. GAO, 2005; Phillips, 2006).
According to, Rosener, 1990; Hopkins, ONeil, Passarelli & Bilimora, (2008) current research supports the observation that women and men are different in leadership styles
