Two (2) suspects Cresencio Solon Gabuya & Leo Bajo dela Cerna, both 23 yrs old were arrested in plain view having their possession eight pieces (8) pcs of handrolled white paper sticks containing dried leaves of marijuana at Sitio Mananga, Tabunok , Talisay City, Cebu during saturation drive by the PNP personnel of this police station on 221730H Mar 2011 with the representative from the DOJ evaluating the evidences.

ON 141400 FEB. 2011 THERE WERE FIVE PERSONS ARRESTED USING ILLEGAL DRUGS /POT SESSION (SHABU) DURING SATURATION DRIVE OF THE POLICE PERSONNEL OF TCPS AT BGY CANSOJONG, TALISAY CITY, CEBU.

Francis Reil Misenabre y Obanos from North Poblacion, Naga City, Cebu

JUVENILE VILLARMIA, 19 yrs. old, single of Apid, Lutopan, Toledo City, Cebu and presently staying at North Poblacion, Naga City, Cebu for Theft. Suspect was caught in the act having in his possession and control one water meter ARAD brand color blue with number 06 2002, at Lawaan I, Talisay City, Cebu at the victims residence. Suspect was with a minor who was
referred to the womans desk of Talisay City Police Station and will be turned over to DSWD or to the concerned authorities for proper disposition. Suspect was apprised of his constitutional rights and temporarily detained at Talisay City Jail in Mohon, Talisay City, Cebu.

The decreased of Crime Volume as indicative to peace and order Situation is attributed mainly to the balance Crime Prevention and control and Crime Solution Efforts

No reported robbery on different banking and financing establishments perpetrated by organized crime groups and local.

ASSESSMENT

The decrease of crime volume starting 1st quarter of this year indicates that the programs initiated by CPPO have been gaining grounds The reports of possible OCG robberies based outside Cebu island have been preempted so far and there is a need to constantly monitor them

Additional manpower and mobility Additional communications equipage Installation of CCTV cameras and electronic alarm system to different business establishments. Installation of CCTV cameras on identified crime prone areas such as corner Rabaya SRP, Corner Lawaan SRP , Tabunok Fly-over and Bulacao near banking establishments .
