It is a method of implementing the training outcomes into the work place. Execution of training program gives the training manager an opportunity to achieve training objectives. It helps the trainees to gain some knowledge on the areas they lack, so execution phase is the most important part of T&D process. If the recipient is placed at the proper place of work, execution of training possibly will be successful.

Purposes of Training Execution


Training managers take various steps for the achievement from a number of purposes. The most important purposes of training execution are mentioned here (next slide):

Quality of trainers makes the program in success. Selection of trainers affects success or failure of training programs. The following attributes are supported to be considered for the selection of trainers:

Guidelines for Trainees

Guidelines for the Training Institutions


For the sake executing training programs, institute should follow these: 1. Send letters to the nominating organizations seeking participants 2. Try to maintain the level of participants 3. Select only qualified and committed trainers 4. Take pre-training and during training evaluation 5. Observe field in to and furnish logistics supports 6. Ensure that all participants are staying at the hostel in case of residential courses 7. Arrange valedictory session and invite executives from nominating organizations
