3.Lillian Moller was born on May 241878 in Oakland.

4.They got married in 1904 5.One of the great husband-and-wife teams of science and engineering. 5.Both worked as a team and devoted their time to find out the best way of doing job.

6.Frank Gilbreth was much concerned until his death in1924,with the relationship between human beings and human effort. 7.After Frank Gilbreth death Lillian Gilbreth continued and preached the message of her husband.

TIME STUDY
Through time study the precise time required for completing a work can be determined, with the help of a stop watch. It is done to fix the standard time for completing /doing a particular job.

A formalized system of appraising employee performance according to an established group of factors. Usually the appraisal is annual or semiannual and is done by immediate supervision. Factors frequently considered include quality of work, quantity of work, reliability, adaptability, initiative, attitude, etc.
