Read information about copying a file or folder, then print by clicking Print button on toolbar, and clicking Print button at Print dialog box. Click Index button.

Click Hide extensions for known file types check box in Advanced settings list box to clear check mark, then click OK. Close My Computer window.

Creating a Folder
Double-click storage medium label on which you copied WindowsS2 folder.

Click File on Menu bar, point to New, click Folder.

At Windows XP desktop, click Start button, then click My Computer. Double-click storage medium label for drive containing your student data files in contents pane.

Double-click WindowsS2 folder.

Click file name WEExcelRevenues.xlsx. Hold down Shift key, click file named WETable02.docx, then release Shift key. Click Copy the selected items hyperlink.

Click drive label containing your student data files in Other Places section of task pane.

Display files you just copied by double-clicking Revenue folder in contents pane. Close window by clicking Close button.

At Windows XP desktop, display My Computer window. Double-click storage medium label for drive containing your student data files in contents pane. To create new folder, click File on Menu bar, point to New, then click Folder. Type Distribution, press Enter.
