Ahmed Said has worked in the oil and gas exploration and resource extraction industries in Canada for over a decade. Currently, he serves as President Oil & Gas Group at Forbes & Manhattan Inc. and advises a number of the world’s leading private equity and wealth management firms. The company’s private equity division invests in a range of industries worldwide, including energy, mining, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Forbes, Mr. Said held a number of project management, engineering, and executive positions in the the oil and gas industry. He has served as an engineer, project manager, and industry consultant, and garnered extensive experience in international development. He received a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from the University of Calgary, where he also earned a National Lifeguard Society Certificate and a scholarship from engineering company. He has taken graduate courses in gas processing, and attended project management accreditation from the Project Management Training Institute of Canada.voir moins
