Mr. Robarge guides companies in refining recruiting programs, and he recommends and implements recruiting technologies. Additionally, Scott Robarge advises companies on branding and college recruiting strategies.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, Scott Robarge attained a BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering. Early in his career, he worked as a manager and senior recruiter for the San Francisco office of McCoy Limited, Inc., a contingency staffing agency. He also held a technical recruiter position at the company’s San Jose headquarters. Next, Mr. Robarge co-founded Alpine Recruiting, with which he was affiliated for six years. He subsequently joined Salesforce.com, where he served first as a senior recruiter and recruiting technologist and then as a recruiting operations and technology manager. In these capacities, he successfully hired talent to match the company’s accelerated growth. He also designed and provided oversight for TalentForce, the company’s internal applicant tracking system (ATS), which operated exclusively on an internal platform.voir moins
