5-2-1. Note Study Process

Before Note Studying, please make sure you have the right software, there are two kinds of software for ND-300 CM/KM, please check the white label at the bottom of ND machine for software version: 1. Generic Version: The version number is shown as 10 digits, study mode is available in this version of software for customers to setup. 2. Specified Version: The version number is shown as 18 digits with no study mode available. Note Study Process: 1. Turn on ND-300 CM/KM. 2. Make sure hardware connection is correct and the dispensing thickness adjustment is appropriate. 3. Select the level you like by setting DIP SW 4-7 (see.P.7), and then switch DIP SW8 to OFF for Study Mode. 4. Turn ND-300 CM/KM off. 5. Put notes in ND-300 CM/KM then trigger ND-300 CM/KM to dispense all notes out. 6. Turn ND-300 CM/KM off again. 7. Switch DIP SW8 to ON for Dispense Mode, then fill notes up in ND-300 CM/KM. 8. Turn on ND-300 CM/KM. 9. Start normal note dispensing operation.

6. Operation
6-1. How to fill notes
1. Unlock the top cover of the Note Dispenser by the key. 2. Take out the note pressure plate and fill the notes in. 3. Put the note pressure plate back on top of the notes. 4. Put the top cover back and lock it. 5. Reset the note dispenser. ND-300CM

6-3. How to adjust dispensing thickness

Before using Note Dispenser, please make sure the thickness adjustment is appropriate, so the notes can be dispensed smoothly. To adjust thickness: 1. Take the front cover off as (figure 1). 2. Adjust the thickness by turning the M6*20 phillips screw. 3. Load notes into the dispenser and set Note Dispenser as Calibration Mode (Please refer to 5-2 ), then turn the power on. 4. Note Dispenser should start automatically after power on, check the front LED for the operation status. 5. Red light indicates dispensing speed is too fast, the motor will stop if this happens more than twice. 6. Green light indicates normal dispensing speed. 7. Orange light indicates dispensing speed is too slow, and the error counter will be incremented. 8. After calibration complete, set Note Dispenser as Dispense Mode (Please refer to 5-2 ), then restart the machine to start normal operation. ND-300KM

7. Maintenance
1. Take Top cover 1 . 2. Remove two screws on sensor wheel rack 2 then take it out. 3. Clean sensor glass 3 periodically. 4. Put sensor wheel rack 2 ,screws and Top cover 1 back after cleaning. ND-300CM
