Access? (i.e. what access equipment will be used and what are the risks, including existing
structure).

Others? (what are the risks to other trades, to building occupiers and to the public in general)

NB A Full Separate Site Specific Risk Assessment Must Be Prepared And Attached

The actual content will depend largely upon the task to be undertaken. However, the
following 10 points may need to be considered and addressed in most situations;
