During the said meeting, a person who: introduced himself as Mr Alvaro ‘members of the delegation ofthe said Mr Alvaro Sobrinho, 10. Mr Phokeer, the then Permanent Secretry at the MTCT; li, Mr Ramgalam, Project Manager at the MTCI; iy. Mr Sudhoo, trom the Mauritiiy Research Council y. Mr Chung, then Senior Adviser at the MTCI: vi. Mr Hawabhay, Chief Technical Officer at the MTCL 12. At owe point in the said meeting, the said Minister requested that the Chief Excoutive of the Financial Services Commission (FSC) be contacted and be summoned immediately to attend the said meeting. 13. Later on the same day after about 30 minutes, Mr Pus. bairlachen, Acting Chief Executive of the FSC, called at the said meeting. 14. The said Mr Sobrinko made 4 presentation which consisted of a presentation of the contents of ANNEX Bi to those present at the said meeting. 15. Mr PK: Kuriachen: was then questioned by the sald Minister about the FSC ‘procedures and the time fiime in respect of the relewant licences of the FSC. 16. The said Minister told Mr PK. Kuriuchen the following: “1 work fast and | expect FSC-to-do the same”, 17. The said Minister requested Mr P-K.
