1) Fissare su di una tavoletta ben piaña, spessa circa 15mm 2 listelli o strisce di compensate da 4mm di spessore distanti tra loro 4mm (fig.
1) in modo che vi si possa incastrare la chiglia n. 11 e che essa vi rimanga in posizione rettilinea e verticale. Montare senza ¡ncollare le ordinate
dalla 1 alia 9 nei rispettivi incastri sulla chiglia. Montare provvisoriamente la coperta fermandola con spilli o elastici. Durante il montaggio
assicurarsi che nessuna delle parti vada a forzare nei rispettivi incastri. Al contrario é preferibile che si abbia un leggero gioco. Controllare
l’allineamento della struttura: eventuali correzioni si possono apportare ritoccando leggermente gli incastri. Quando si é sicuri, che
osservando la struttura da diverse angolazioni, tutte le linee hanno un andamento corretto, smontare completamente e ricominciare il
montaggio incollando sulla chiglia le ordinate secondo l’ordine numérico.
2) Prima di ¡ncollare lo specchio di poppa n. 10 (Tav. 2) dare la giusta ¡nelinazione ai margini superiori ed inferiori rastremandoli con carta
abrasiva o lima. Incollare e rastremare con lima i blocchetti di prua n. 12 (fig. 4 e 5). Rastremare le ordinate di prua 1, 2 e 3 (fig. 4 e 5).
Rastremare le ordinate di poppa 7, 8 e 9 (fig. 3 e 6). Incollare e rastremare con lima i due blocchetti di poppa n. 13 (fig. 6) in modo molto
accentuato verso il basso e verso poppa tenendo conto che in questo punto il fasciame va a finiré quasi a zero sulla chiglia (vedi fig. 12).
3) Prima di incollare i blocchetti di faggio sagomati n. 14, tav. 2, ricordiamo che vanno rastremati per adattarli al profilo dell’ ord. n. 9 e alia
linea della coperta (vedi fig. 6).
4) Incollare la coperta di mogano n. 18 facendo in modo che sia perfettamente aderente alie ordinate (fig. 7). Fermarla con chiodini ed elastici
fino alia completa essi-catura della colla. Prima di ¡ncollare lo specchio di poppa n. 10 (tav. 2) dare la giusta ¡nelinazione ai margini superiori
ed inferiori rastremandoli con carta abrasiva o lima (fig. 6 e 7). Alia base delle due aperture dello specchio di poppa n. 10 ¡ncollare 2 pezzetti
di listello 1,5x4mm cosí da formare lo spessore che limiti le aperture stesse, ricavandone cosí due fori quadrati. Con la lima poi si procederá
ad inclinare i bordi di queste aperture parallelamente all'inclinazione della coperta.
5) Controllare ¡I corretto andamento della linea delle ordinate appoggiando un listello orizzontalmente in piü punti. Controllare il corretto
andamento delle linee del fasciame appoggiando un listello sullo scafo in diverse posizioni. II fasciame é costituito da due strati di listelli: ¡I
primo in legno tenero, 1,5mm, il secondo strato é formato da listelli piü stretti e sottili, di legno pregiato. Prima di venire messi in opera i
listelli vanno lasciati a bagno per circa mezz’ora al fine di renderli flessibili, vengono poi montati uno per volta alternativamente su un fianco
e sull’altro della struttura, cosí da non provocare deformazioni dello scafo dovute alia tensione dei listelli man mano che si asciugano. Oltre
che sulle ordinate, i listelli vanno incollati tra loro e fermati con chiodini piantati solo in parte, in modo da poterli togliere a fasciatura ultimata.
Prima di incollare un listello controllare, appoggiandolo sulle ordinate, che l’andamento sia regolare: puó accadere che qualche ordinata
“manchi” o sia abbondante. Nei primo caso correggere inserendo sotto ¡I listello dei pezzetti di listello sottile, in caso contrario, ritoc-care
¡’ordinata.
6) Primo fasciame. Montare, incollando da ambo i lati, e partendo da prua il primo listello da 1,5x4mm in tiglio con il margine superiore a
livello della linea interiore della coperta (vedi fig. 8 e 9). Procederé verso il basso alternativamente facendo presente che i listelli vanno
gradualmente rastremati a partiré dalla 2a ordinata verso prua e cosí pure a poppa (fig. 11). Questa operazione é necessaria poiché dal centro
dello scafo, proseguendo verso prua, le ordinate hanno uno sviluppo sempre minore pur dovendo venire rivestite con uguale numero di
listelli. Da qui la necessitá di assotigliare la larghezza degli stessi. Ricordiamo che non bisogna rivestire completamente la parte Interiore della
chiglia, anzi é preferibile lasciarla scoperta per 4mm (vedi fig. 12). Incollare l’lnclntone n. 23 sopra il bordo superiore del primo listello del
primo fasciame. L’incintone si ricava da due listelli 1,5x2mm incollati tra loro per formare uno spessore di 3mm. É consigliabile fare
l’operazione ponendo prima il 1° listello e sovrapponendo poi il 2° listello per poter meglio flettere in prua rispetto alia coperta, quindi
l’incintone si troverá 0,5mm ¡n alto (fig. 8). Successivamente il rivestimento della coperta con listelli da 0,5mm pareggerá ¡I livello tra
incintone e coperta. Completiamo il primo fasciame sopra la linea della coperta incollando 2 listelli 1 x4mm e 1 da 1 x3mm (ambo i lati) fig.
8 e fig. 13. Useremo delle mollette per facilitare l’operazione. Togliere tutti i chiodini ed aggiungere la superficie del fasciame usando una
lima per il legno e carta abrasiva a grana media/grossa. Se si dovessero riscontrare avvallamentl rivestire con stucco per legno e livellare.
Ritagliare e fissare sotto l’incintone con 2 pezzi di nastro ¡solante alie 2 estremitá (prua e poppa) fig. 14, la dima n. 25 rispettando il lato
destro e quello sinistro. In corrispondenza dei quadrati indicati con X tracciare con una matita sopra la linea dell’incintone le sagome dei
portelli che hanno le dimensioni di 8mm di altezza per 7mm di larghezza. Incidere con un tagliabalsa a punta lunga i tratti segnati. Si asporterá
cosí l’interno del portel-lo e si riceveranno le aperture per i cannoni (fig. 15). Eliminare tutti gli scalmotti compreso quello di prua e di poppa
n. 24 (fig. 9 e 10) mediante un tronchesino o tagliabalsa come fig. 16. Livellare con carta abrasiva.

1) Fixer sur un petite table plate, épaisse 15mm environ, 2 lisses ou bandes de contre-plaque
épaisse 4mm et éloignées entre elles 4mm (fig. 1) pour encastrer en position rectiligne et
vertical la quille n. 11, Sans colle, assembler les couples de la numéro 1 au 9 dans ses adents sur
la quille. Assembler provisoirement le pont en le arrêtant avec des épinglés ou bien des
élastiques. Pendant l’assemblage s’assûrer qu’aucune partie force ses adents, au contraire c’est
mieux un petit jeu. Contrôler l’allignement de la structure: pour les modifications retoucher un
petit peu les adents. Quand vous êtes sûrs que toutes les lignes sont correctes en voyant la
structure de différents vues, démonter complètement et commencer l'assemblage en collant
sur la quille les couples en suivant l’ordre numérique.
2)Avant de coller le tableau n. 10 (tab. 2) donner l’exacte inclinaison aux bords supérieurs et
inferieurs en les contracturant avec un papier émeri ou une lime. Coller et contracturer avec
une lime les blocs d’avant n. 12 (fig. 4 et 5). Contracturer les couples d’avant 1,2 et 3 fig. 4 et 5.
Contracturer les couples d’arrière 7 ,8 et 9 fig. 3 et 6. Coller et contracturer beaucoup avec
une lime les deux blocs d’arrière n. 13 Fig. 6 vers le bas et vers l’arrière parce que en ce point le
bordé est presqu’à zéro sur la quille, voir fig. 12.
3) Avant de coller les blocs façonnés de hêtre n. 14, tab. 2, les contracturer pour les adapter au
bord de couple n. 9 et à la ligne du pont, voir fig. 6.
4) Coller le pont d’acajou n. 18 en manière perfectement collante les couples fig. 7. L’arrêter
avec des petits clous et élastiques jusqu’au sechage de la colle. Avant de coller le tableau n. 10
tab. 2 donner l’exact inclinaison aux bords supérieur et inférieur en les contracturant avec
papier émeri ou lime (fig. 6 et 7). À la base de deux ouvertures du tableau n. 10 coller deux petits
pièces de lisse 1,5x4mm en manière d'avoir l’epaisseur qui limite les ouvertures mêmes, ayant
ainsi deux trous carrés. Puis avec une lime incliner les bords de ces ouvertures parallèlement à
l’inclinaison du pont.
5) Contrôler la correcte marche des lignes du bordé en appuyant une lisse sur la coque en
différentes positions. Le bordé est formé de deux couches de lisses: la première en bois tendre,
1,5mm, la seconde couche est formée de lisses plus étroites et minces, en bois de qualité. Avant
d’être employer les lisses doivent être baignés pour un demi heure pour les rendre flexibles;
puis les assembler une à la fois sur un bord et sur l’autre de la structure, ainsi de ne pas causer
des déformations de la coque à cause de la tension des lisses à mesure qu’ils s’échessent. Les
lisses doivent être aussi collées entre elles et arrêtées avec des petits clous fixés seulement en
part, pour être enlevés à bandage terminé. Avant de coller une lisse, contrôler en l’appuyant sur
les couples, que la marche soit régulière: il peut arriver que quelques couples “manquent” ou
sont en plus. Dans le premier cas corriger en mettant sous les lisses des petites pièces de lisse
mince, au contraire retoucher le couple.
6) Premier bordé. Assembler, en collant de deux côtés, et en commençant d’avant la première
lisse 1,5x4mm en taille avec le bord supérieur au niveau de la ligne infe-rièure du pont, voir fig.
8 et 9. Avancer vers le bas alternativement et constructurer les lisses à commencer du second
couple vers d’avant et ainsi aussi arrière fig. 11. Cette chose est necessaire parce que au centre
de la couque, en avançant vers avant, les couples ont un developement inferieur aussi s’ils
doivent être recouvris avec le même numéro de lisses. C’est pour cette raison qu’on doit réduire
la largeur des mêmes. On ne doit pas couvrir complètement la partie inférieure de la quille. Il
faut la laisser decouverte pour 4mm, voir fig. 12. Coller le perceinte n. 23 sur le bord supérieur
de la première lisse du premier bordé. Le perceinte doit être fait avec deux lisses 1,5x2mm
collées entre elles pour avoir un épaisseur de 3mm. C’est mieux mettre en avant la première
lisse et puis superposer la seconde lisse pour fléchir mieux en avant au regard de la coque. Donc
le perceinte sera 0,5mm en haut, fig. 8. En suite le placage de la coque avec les lisses de 0,5mm
égalisera le niveau entre le perceinte et la coque. Terminer le premier bordé sur la ligne de la
coque en collant deux lisses 1 x4mm et une de 1 x3mm (de deux côtes) fig. 8 et et 13. Employer
des épingles pour faciliter l’operation. Enlever touts les petits clous et ajouter, la surface du
bordé en employant une lime pour bois et papier-émeri demi-fin/gros. S’il y aura des
ensellements couvrir avec mastic pour bois et niveler. Découper et fixer sous le perceinte avec
deux pièces de ruban isolant aux deux extrémités (avant et arrière) fig. 14, le garbarit n. 25 en
respectant la partie droite et la partie gauche. En correspondence des coupeuses indiqués tracer
avec un crayon sur la ligne de perceinte les figures des sabords qui ont hauteur 8mm et largeur
7mm. Inciser avec un coupeuse les traits marqués. Ainsi on aura les ouvertures des canons fig.
15. Enlever touts les tolets aussi le tolet d’avant et d’arrière n. 24 fig. 9 et 10 avec un coupe-
ongles ou coupeuse, voir fig. 16. Niveler avec papier-émeri.

1) Take two 4mm strips of plywood and attach them to a 15mm thick, flat piece of board at a distance
of 4mm (fig. 1). This enables you to insert keel No. 11 straight and vertically. Without glue assemble
the frame parts 1 to 9 in their joints at the keel. Temporarily pin them down and assemble the deck.
During the assembly pay attention that all parts are not forced into their joints. Parts should have a
slight play. Check the alignment of the structure. Carry out small corrections by adjusting the joints.
When you are sure that all lines are positioned correctly, disassemble everything and start the
assembly by glueing the frames in numerical order to the keel.
2) Before glueing transom No. 10 (table 2) the upper and lower edges should be tapered with sand
paper or a file. Glue the prow block No. 12 (figures 4 and 5) and level it off with a file. Taper prow
frames 1,2 and 3 (figures 4 and 5). Taper poop frames 7, 8 and 9 (figures 3 and 6). Glue the 2 poop
blocks No. 13 (fig. 16) and taper them downwards and towards the poop. At this point the planking
reduces to almost zero at the keel.
3) Before you glue woodblocks No. 14 (table 2) taper them in order to equally shape the profile of
frame No. 9 and the deck line (fig. 6).
4) Glue the mahagony deck No. 18 towards the frame (fig. 7). Attack it with small pins or rubber band
until the glue has dried. Before you glue transom No. 10 (table 2) taper the lower edges with sand
paper or a file (figures 6 and 7). Glue two parts of a 1.5x4mm strip to the two openings of the transom
No. 10 in such a way, that two square grooves remain. Taper the edges of these openings parallel to
the deck’s inclination.
5) Check the exact outlines of the frame by laying a strip on the hull in different positions. Check the
exact outlines of planking by laying a strip on the hull in different positions. Planking is made of two
layers of strips: the first is made of soft, 1,5mm wood, the second layer is made out of slim and thin
high-quality wood strips of precious wood. Before using the strips dip them into water for about half
an hour to make them more flexible. Then alternate attaching strips on one side of the hull and on the
other, thus avoiding warpage of the structure due to tension resulting from the drying process of the
strips. Glue the strips not only to the frames but also against each other. Fix strips temporarily by
inserting small pins which must be removed before completion of planking. Before glueing a strip,
doublecheck outline by laying it onto the frame. Sometimes there is shortage of wood; if too thin insert
shims under strips, if too thick, file strips to right size.
6) First planking. Glue the first 1.5x4mm lime-wood strip to both sides, starting from prow towards the
poop. The upper side of the strip must follow the outline of the lower deck (fig. 8 and 9). Finish the
lower part. Taper strips beginning from the second frame to the prow, do the same at the poop (fig.
11). Beginning from the middle towards the prow the frames have to be reduced to accomodate the
same number of strips. For this reason reduce the width gradually. Don’t cover completely the lower
part of the kell, it is even better to leave a space of 4mm (fig. 12). The sheerstrake must be made of
two strips glued together, of 1.5x2mm size, which results in a thickness of 3mm. It is adviseable to first
attach one strip and then the second one on top. This way it is easier to shape the prow curvature. The
height of the sheerstrake will be 0.5mm (fig. 8). The difference of levels between sheerstrake and deck
can be adjusted by planking the deck with 0.5mm strips. Finish the first planking above the deck’s line
by glueing both sides of two 1 x4mm strips and one 1 x3mm strip (figures 8 and 13). The work is easier
by using small pliers. Remove the pins and polish the hull with file and heavy-gauge sand paper. If there
are some sinkmarks fill them with wood putty and then sand them off. Cut out board No. 25 (right and
left side) and attach it below the sheerstrake to prow and poop by using rubber bands (fig. 14). Mark
with a pancil the shutter squares on top of sheerstrake marked with X (8mm high, 7mm wide). By
cutting out the pre-marked lines you create the gun openings (fig. 15). Remove all stanchions including
those at prow and poop No. 24 with small pliers or a knife (fig. 16 and 9 and 10 resp).

parts to be constructed by the modeller are Indicated by an asterisk near the numerical order on the list. For the generic glueing of wooden
parts we advise the modeller to use white vinyl glue: for the union of wooden parts with others in metal, epoxy glue with two components
or cyanoacrylic glue. For this latter type, follow carefully the enclosed instructions and chose the suitable type: metal with metal ore metal
with wood etc. The wood contained in the kit is of different sorts and gives the finished model the most realistic colours; anyway, when
painting is requested, the colours and the type of painting to be'used are indicated on the drawing.
We recommend once more to work quietly, accurately and without hurry and not to go over to a subsequent work if the one in course has

1) Sopra l’incintone, ambo i lati, incollare da prua a poppa 4 listelli 0,5x2mm partendo dall’estremitá del primo fasciame, badando a non coprire le aperture per I can-noni (fig. 3).
Sopra il margine alto dei 4 listelli incollare 1 listello di noce 1x3mm per completare la murata. Rivestire lo scafo sottostante I’incintone con listelli 1x3mm di tanganica che, come
in precedenza accennato, andranno rastremati a prua e a poppa. Anche per il secondo fasciame valga I’avvertimento di lasciar sco-perta la parte interiore della chiglla per circa
4mm (vedi tav. 3, fig. 11 e 12). Rivestire i blocchetti dl poppa n. 14 con listelli 1x3mm di tanganica in senso orizzonta-le (fig. 10).
2) Praticare un foro da diámetro di 5mm nella parte sottostante lo specchio di poppa (vedi fig. 10) per alloggiare successivamente il timone n. 15 (tav. 2).
3) Rivestire la parte interna delle múrate con listelli 0,5x3mm di tanganica in senso orizzontale rispettando le aperture per i cannoni. Rivestire la parte interna dello specchio di
poppa con listelli 0,5x3mm di tanganica in senso verticale (vedi fig. 5 e 8). Procederé al rivestimento del ponte. Tracciare una linea lungo la mezzerla del ponte quindi partendo
dalla tracciatura e procedendo verso le múrate incollare il tavolato con listello 0,5x3mm in tanganica chiaro, fino a rivestire completamente il ponte. II tavolato é formato da
spezzoni di listello lunghi circa 50mm incollati e sfalsati e con le coste annerite con una matita al fine di mettere in risalto la linea di unione tra le tavole. Lasciare liberi i fori per i 2
alberi (fig. 4). Alla base delle aperture dei portelli incollare un pezzetto di listello 0,5x2mm In tanganica, cosi da portarsi a livello degli altri listelli della coperta, vedi fig. 5B. Incollare
lungo la base delle múrate interne compresa quelle di poppa, il trincarino ricavato dal listello di noce 1x1 mm badando naturalmente ad evitare le aperture dei portelli (fig. 5).
4) Praticare a poppa e al centra della coperta 1 foro da 3mm per alloggiare 1 listello da 3x3mm che simula la parte termínale alta del timone n. 15, vedi tav. 6. Incollare le traversine
verticali ricavate dal listello 0,5x2mm in noce sulla parte interna delle due múrate per delimitare le aperture dei portelli, vedi fig. 5 e 9.
5) Corrimano. Ritagliare la sagoma del corrimano (fig. 1), che é realizzata in scala 1:1, ed incollare su di una tavoletta di legno. Stendervi sopra un foglio di carta trasparente.
Bagnare ora i listelli che serviranno a costruire il corrimano. Usare 4 listelli da 1x1 mm di noce ed incollarli tra loro. Seguiré il tracciato aiutati da chiodini piantati sulla tavoletta
come da fig. 2. Nella parte anteriore, quella piú curva corrispondente alia prua, incollare un altro listello 1x1 mm ma di dimensione ridotta pari alia lunghezza indicata sul disegno
con un tratteggio. Ripetere l’operazlone 2 volte per lato destro e sinlstro. A colla essicata staccare dalle tavolette il manu-fatto e ¡ncollarlo sulle múrate ( 1 destro, 1 sinistra)
facendo in modo che lo stesso debordi di 1mm circa all’esterno delle múrate (fig. 5). Fissare anche a poppa il corrimano sulla stessa linea degli altri 2 giá fissati. Questo pezzo di
corrimano é formato parimenti da 4 listelli 1x1 mm.
6) Rivestire lo specchio di poppa esterno con listelli 0,5x3mm di noce in senso verticale rispettando i fori giá praticati. Ricoprire la sommitá dello specchio di poppa con listelli
tanganica 0,5x2mm (fig. 8). Ricavare il contorno dello specchio dl poppa dal listello 1x1 mm in noce ed incollarlo ai 4 lati. Sulla parte interna dello specchio di poppa incollare le 2
mensoline (fig. 11) ricavate da 2 listelli 1,5x4mm incollati in costa e sagomati secondo disegno. Alio stesso modo, ma da listello 1x4mm di noce, ricavare le 2 mensoline che
andranno poste al termine delle 2 múrate esterne appoggiate alio specchio di poppa (fig. 7) e vista generale del modello su tav. 1 e 5. Rivestire la base della chlglla rimasta scoperta
con 1 listello 0,5x4mm ¡n noce. Rivestire le altre parti della chiglia rimaste scoperte mediante listelli 0,5x3mm in senso verticale fissandolo alia chiglia mediante le cerniere col
fermo in dotazione n. 27, fig. 6. Alie estremitá della prua sopra l’incintone e contra la chiglia incollare la mensola di rinforzo (fig. 12) ricavata dal listello 1,5x4x1 Omm al centro
della quale pratiche-remo un foro dal diámetro di 1,5mm che servirá per il passaggio del cavo dell’ancora.
7) Preparare i palolati n. 28. Dagli elementi cosí ottenuti ritagliare i 3 paiolati secondo le mlsure dl tav. 6. Contornare i paiolati cosí ricavati con listelli di noce 1x2mm n. 29 (fig. 14)
e incollarli nelle posizioni previste alia tav. 5 e 6.
8) Praticare un foro sulla chiglia a prua con punta di diámetro 2mm che servirá successivamente per la legatura del bompresso (tav. 6). Rilevare la linea di galleggia-mento dalla
tav. 4. Fissate le misure a prua e a poppa, capovolgere lo scafo e appoggiarlo su due blocchetti di legno di spessore uguale a prua e a poppa (fig. 14). Fissare rígidamente con elastici
una matita su una squadretta in modo che la punta della matita si trovi allineata con le tracciature dello scafo. Far scorrere la squadretta tutto attorno alio scafo, cosí da segnare
la linea di galleggiamento. Isolare la parte superiore alia linea di galleggiamento con nastro adesivo non trasparente. Verniciare la parte sottostante ¡n colore avorio chiaro. Fare
asciugare. Verniciare la parte superiore in colore ñero fino alia parte interiore dell’incintone.
1) Sur le perceinte, de deux côtés, coller d’avant à l’arrière 4 lisses 0,5x2mm en commençant d’extremité du premier borde, en faisant attention à ne pàs couvrir les
ouvertures pour les canons fig. 3. Sur le bord haut des 4 lisses coller 1 lisse en noyer 1x3mm pour compléter les murailles. Découvrir la coque sans le perceinte avec des
lisses 1x3mm en tanganyka que, corne dit en avant, doivent etre constructurés en avant et en arrière. Aussi pour le second bordé ne découvrir pas la partie inférieure
de la coque pour 4mm environ (voirtab. 3 fig. 11 et 12). Découvrir les blocs d’arrière n. 14 avec des lisses 1x3mm en tanganyka horizontalment fig. 10.
2) Faire un trou de 5 mm sous le tableau (voir fig. 10) pour mettre successivement le gouvernail n. 15 tab. 2.
3) Découvrir la partie intérieure des murailles avec des lisses 0,5x3mm en tanganyka horizontalement en respectant les ouvertures pour les canons. Découvrir la partie
intérieure du tableau avec des lisses 0,5x3mm de tanganyka verticallement voir fig. 5 et 8. Commencer à découvrir le pont. Le plancher est formé des lisses longues
50mm environ, collées décalées et avec les bords noircis avec un crayon pour faire ressortir la ligne d’union des tables. Ne découvrir pas les trous pour les deux mâts
fig. 4. À la base des ouvertures des sabords coller une petite pièce de lisse 0,5x2mm en tanganyka, pour être au même niveau des autres lisses du pont, voir fig. 5B.
Coller le long de la base des murailles Inferieurs compris celle d’avant, le gouttièrre fait de la lisse en noyer 1x1 mm en faisant attention aux ouvertures des sabords,

4) A l’avant et au centre du pont faire un trou de 3mm pour mettre un lisse de 3x3mm qui simule la partie haute du gouvernail n. 15, voir tab. 6. Coller des étals verticaux
faits de la lisse 0,5x2mm en noyer sur la partie intérieure de deux murailles pour délimiter les ouvertures des sabords, voir fig. 5 et 9.
5) Main courante. Découper la figure de la main courante fig. 1 (réalizée enéchelle 1:1) et coller sur une petite table en bois. Les tendre sur un feuille en plastic traspa-
rent. Baigner, maintenant, les lisses pour faire la main courante. Employer 4 lisses 1x1 mm en noyer et les coller ensemble. Suivre le tracé aidés par des clous plantés
sur la petite table comme la fig. 2. Sur la partie anterieure, la plus courbe en correspondance de l’avant, coller un lisse 1x1 mais plus petite égal à la largeur Indiquée
sur le dessin avec un hachure. Répéter l’opération 2 fois pour côté droite et gauche. À colle sechée détacher des petites tables l'ouvrage, le collier sur les murailles (une
droite et une gauche) et il doit déborder de 1mm environ vers l’exterieure des murailles, fig. 5. Fixer aussi en arrière la main courante sur la même ligne des autres deux
déjà fixées. Cette pièce de main courante est formée de 4 lisses 1x1 mm.
6) Recouvrir le tableau extérieur avec une lisse 0,5x2mm en noyer verticallement en respectant les trous déjà faits. Couvrir le sommet du tableau avec des lisses de
tanganyka o,5x2mm, fig. 8. Faire le contour du tableau avec une lisse en noyer 1x1 mm et le coller aux 4 côtés. Sur la partie intérieure du tableau coller les deux petites
tablettes (fig. 11) faites avec 2 lisses 1,5x4mm collées en côte et faites selon le dessin. À la même manière, mais des lisses en noyer 1x4mm, faire deux marallles
extérieures appuyés au tableau, fig. 7 et vue general du modèle sur les tab. 1 et 5. Découvrir la base de la quille encore découverte avec une lisse en noyer 0,5x4mm.
Couvrir les autres parties de a quille encore découvertes avec des lisses 0,5x3mm horizontalement, fig. 9. Maintenant mettre le gouvernail n. 15 tab. 2 couvert avec des
lisses 0,5x3mm verticallement en le fixant a la quille avec les charnières en dotation n. 27, fig. 6. Aux extrémités d'avant sur le perceinte et contre la quille, coller la
tablette de renfort, fig. 12, faite avec la lisse 1,5x4x10mm au centre de la quelle on faira un trou du diam. 1,5mm pour le passage du câble d’ancre.
7) Préparer les caillebotis n. 28. Entourer les caillebotis ainsi faits avec des lisses en noyer 1x2mm n. 29, fig. 14, et les coller dans les positions aux tab. 5 et 6.
8) Faire un trou sur la quille d’avant avec une pointe du diam. 2 mm qui sera nécessaire pour l’ammarrage du beaupré tab. 6. Tirer la ligne de flottaison de la tab. 4.
Après avoir fixés les mèsures avant et arrière, renverser la coque et l’appuyer sur deux blocs en bois du même épaisseur avant et arrière (fig. 14). Fixer rigidement avec
des élastiques un crayon sur une petite équerre en manière que la pointe du crayon est alignée avec les tracements de la coque. Faire glisser la petite équerre autour
de la coque, ainsi de faire la ligne de flottaison. Isoler la partie supérieure à la ligne de flottaison avec ruban adhésif pas transparent. Vernisser la partie au-dessous en
couleur ivoire clair. Faire sécher. Vernisser la partie supérieure en couleur noir jusqu’à la partie Inferieure du perceinte.

Second planking.

1) Glue four 0.5x2mm strips, above the sheerstrake, on both sides, starting from the far end of the first planking from prow to poop. Leave openings for the guns (fig. 3). To the
edge of the four strips glue a 1x3mm walnut strip to create the bulwark. Cover the hull below the sheerstrake with 1x3mm tanganjika strips. They have to taper off as previously
described from prow to poop. At the second planking leave 4mm uncovered as before on the lower side of the keel (table 3, figures 11 and 12). Plank the heckblocks No. 14
horizontally using 1x3mm strips (fig. 10).
2) Drill a 5mm hole under the transom (see fig. 10) to insert helm No. 15 (table 2).
3) Cover the inside of the bulwarks using 0.5x3mm tanganjika strips. Leave openings for two guns. Cover the Inside of the transom vertically with 0.5x3mm tanganjika strips (fig. 5
and 8). Carry out planking of deck. Draw a line along the middle of the deck. Starting from this line in direction bulwarks carry out planking with light-colored 0.5x3mm tanganjika
strips, until the deck is completely covered. Planking should be done with roughly 50mm long strips, which are to be fixed in a staggered way. To enhance the seams between the
strips blacken them with a pencil. Leave openings for the 2 masts (fig. 4). Glue a piece of 0.5x2mm tanganjika strip under the openings of the shutter to arrive at the same level of
the other deck strips (fig. 5B). Glue the stringer plate which was built from a 1 x1 mm walnut strip along the bottom of the inner bulwarks including the poop bulwark. Leave
openings for the ports (fig. 5).
4) Drill a 3mm hole at the poop, in the center of the deck to accommodate the 3x3mm strip which represents the end piece of rudder No. 15 (table 6). Glue small vertical spring
lines to the inside of the two bulwarks, made of 0.5x2mm walnut strip to frame the ports (fig. 5 and 9).
5) Handrail. Cut out the template of the handrail (fig. 1) at a scale of 1:1, glue it on a piece of board and cover with transparent plastic sheet. Dip the strips for the handrail Into
water for half an hour. Use four 1x1 mm walnut strips and glue them together. Follow instructions and to facilitate your work push small pins into the board (fig. 2). In the front
(the larger curvature equals the prow) glue another 1x1mm strip of smaller dimensions. The length is per lines on the drawing. Repeat this step twice, for the right and left side.
After drying, remove railing from the board and glue it to the bulkward on left and right side. Railing should protrude about 1mm (fig. 5). Repeat the same for the poop along the
same line. This part of the railing is also made of four 1x1mm strips.
6) Cover the outer transom vertically with 0.5x3mm walnut strip. Do not cover the existing holes. Use a 0.5x2mm tanganjika strip to build the upper part of transom (fig. 8). Make
the outline of transom out of 1x1 mm walnut strip and glue it to the four sides. Make two consoles (fig.11) which you assemble by glueing ribs made of 1.5x4mm stripes as per
drawing. Now glue the consoles to the transom Inside (fig. 11). Using the same method, but using a 1x4mm walnut strip, build two consoles which you glue to the end of the two
outer bulwarks attaching them to the transom too (fig. 7 and master drawing of the model shown on tables 1 and 5). Cover the bottom part of keel with a 0.5x4mm walnut strip.
The other keel parts must be covered horizontally with 0.5x3mm strips (fig. 9). Attach helm No. 15 (table 2). It must be covered vertically with 0.5x3mm strips and fastened to the
keel with the enclosed hinge No. 27 (fig. 6). Build a re-enforcement console by using a 1.5x4x10mm strip (fig. 12). Glue it to the bowsprit, above the sheerstrake and towards the
keel. Drill a 1.5mm hole through the center to accomodate the anchor chain.
7) Construct gratings No. 28. With 1x2mm walnut strips No. 29 frame the gratings (fig. 14) and glue them into their positions as per table 5 and 6.
8) On prow drill a 2mm hole for the bowsprit (table 6). Mark the water-line as per table 4. Mark the dimensions of prow and poop, turn the hull upside down and lay it on two
small wooden blocks with the same thickness for prow and poop (drawing 14). Take a pencil, tie a rubber band around it and point it to the marked lines on the hull. Let the pencil
slide around the hull so as to draw the water line. Cover the upper part of the water-line with self-adhesive tape (not transparent type). Paint the lower portion with ivory-colour
paint. Let it dry. Paint the upper part black all the way to the lower part of the sheerstrake.

cordino piccolo le legature sui ceppi n. 52. Far passare l’asta dell’ancora n. 53 nel foro dei ceppi. Fissare un anellino di ottone nel foro
MV48 LEXINGTON - plan 5 dell’ancora ed ad un bozzello di tipo 2 (fig. 2, tav. 7) che permetterá la manovra di fissaggio alie 2 gru secondo lo schema della fig. 18, vedi
anche fig. 1 su tav. 7. Legare l’estremitá di un pezzo di corda grossa di diámetro 0,80mm all’anellino di ottone dell’ancora poi farla proseguiré
attraverso il foro sulla murata dl prua e fissarla nei 2 fori con l’occhiello di ottone ai lati delle cavigliere di prua (flg. 2, tav. 5).

1) Faire les râteliers sur les murailles intérieures n. 30 (avec des dimensions differents selon le dessin) des lisses
1,5x4mm, fig. 2 et 3. Faire avec une drille des trous des diam. 1mm pour mettre les cabillots. Les coller contre les
murailles intérieures sous le bord de la main-courante.
Maintenant faire les râteliers sur le pont en suivant les mésures. Faire les petits piliers n. 31 des râtelier sur les
fig. 1 et 2 des lisses en noyer 3x3mm selon l’hauteus indiqué à la fig. 1. Faire les râteliers n. 32 de la lisse 1,5x3mm.
Faire des trous du diam. 1mm avec la drille. Les assembler selon la fig. 5 et les mettre sur le pont en les collant
dans les points indiqués à la fig. 2.
2) Sur le pont faire un trou de 1 mm pour mettre la base de la cheminée n. 33 qui doit être fixée et collée, fig. 1
et 2. Faire 4 trous du diam. 0,7mm n. 34, pour mettre 4 anneaux avec pied aux quels lier la corde pour fixer la
chalupe n. 35. Faire les deux support-chalupe n. 36 fig. 1, de la lisse 1,5x4mm en suivant le schéma de la fig. 6,
Les coller aux marchés inferieurs des deux caillebotis antérieurs n. 28 fig. 1.
3) Peindre la chalupe n. 35 en couleur ivoire a l’intérieur et blanche à l’exterieur avec les main-courantes marron.
Faire les bancs de la lisse en noyer 1x3mm. Les coller à l’intérieur de la chalupe en les adaptant aux differentes
longeurs de la coque selon le schéma, fig. 7, munir la chalupe de deux avirons longs 30mm faits de la lisse 1x1
mm à l’estremité desquels coller la pale faite de deux lisses 1x2x8mm. Donc lier la chalupe avec une corde fixée
aux 4 petits anneaux n. 34.
4) Assembler la pompe n. 37 comme le schéma, fig. 8, et la fixer en la collant au pont entre la base du mât et le
callebotis d’arrière. Coller le cabestan vertical n. 38 après le caillebotis d’arrière. Faire les barres n. 39 de la lisse
1x1 mm et les coller sur les marchés en tête au cabestan comme la fig. 9. Peindre l’habitacle n. 4 en noyer foncé
fig. 10. Coller dans l’ouverture centrale le petit verre 4x5mm n. 41 et le fixer au point indiqué à la fig. 2.
5) Faire sur le pont d’arrière 6 trous pour mettre les poulies avec pieds 1x3mm n. 42 pour le passage corde pour
le fonctionnement de la manovre roue/gouvernail. Coller dans le trou fait à l’arrière sur le pont (voir le point 4
tav. 4) une pétite pièce de lisse 3x3x5mm (fig. 1) sur la quelle insérer la barre du gouvernail en métal en fusion n.
43. Assembler la roue du gouvernail (fig. 11) en mettant le moyen de laiton dans les trous de deux supports et en
introduisant l’entretoise en bois du diam. 4 mm et la roue du gouvernail. Fixer le gouvernail d’arrière n. 44 dans
la position indiquée à la fig. 2.
6) Faire les deux bras du boissoir d’avant n. 45 de la lisse 3x3x16mm. Faire à l’extrémité 2 trous du diam. 0,7mm
et les coller sur la main-courante fig. 2. Faire les deux petits pilliers intérieurs de deux boissoirs n. 46 de la lisse
3x3x16mm et les coller au dessus des deux boissoir contre les murailles intérieurs jusq’au pont. Travailler comme
le particulier n. 13. Faire 2 trous du diam. 0,7mm a l’extrémité postérieure et coller sur la main-courante fig. 2.
7) Faire les deux guibres n. 48 avec la petite ficelle du diam. 1,7mm selon l’indication réproduite au n. 14.
1° petite ficelle en haute. De la base de la bâcle de la roue d’avant suspendue jusqu’au point sans le bras du
boissoir.
2° Petite ficelle. De sous le bras du boissoir en dessinant un demi-cercle suspendue jusq’à la base de la boucle
d’avant.
3° Petite ficelle. De la base de la boucle collée sur la partie postérieure de la roue d’avant et sur une pièce de la
coque.
4° Petite ficelle. De la base de la boucle collée sur la partie anterieure de la roue d’avant et sur une pièce de la
coque.
Entre la première et la seconde petite ficelle en haute coller 3 petites pièces de la ficelle verticalement n. 49, voir
fig. 14 et vue générale sur le tab. 1. Peindre toutes les guibres ainsi faites en couleur or.
8) Mettre les canons sur les affûts en les fixant avec colle et mettre les canons faits sur le pont en correspondance
des ouvertures sur les murailles, fig. 15.
9) Porte-haubans. Avant de fixer à la coque les porte-haubans n. 19 et 20 (des deux côtés) faire aux points indiqués
3 trous du diam. 1mm. Les 4 mm porte-haubans donc, doivent etre collés aux murailles sans le bord de la main-
courante.
10) Arraisonnement beaupré. Faire l’arraisonnement beaupré de la lisse 3x3mm (petite pilier) et de la lisse
1,5x3mm (râtelier). Faire sur la deuxième lisse 5 trous du diam. 1mm pour insérer des cabillots, fig. 2 et 16.
Beaupré. Faire du rond de 4mm la pièce de beaupré C1 longue 110mm (fig. 3 tab. 2). A une de deux estremitées
faire avec une lime la section carrée 3x3mm et longue 3mm qui doit être mise dans le trou carré d’une chouque
petite n. 50 faite de deux moitiés collées entre elles, voir fig. 17. Car la chouque est vertical au contraire du
beaupré qui est oblique on doit adapter les deux trous de la chouque selon l’inclination du beaupré. Puis, insérer
dans le trou rond l’autre morceau du beaupré fait du rond du diam. 3 mm et long 90mm (C2 fig. 3 tab. 2), et le
diminuer vers la partie anterieure, donc coller. Lier avec une ficelle du diam. 4mm les deux morceaux du beaupré
et en mettre la partie plus grande dans l'arraisonnement du beaupré déjà mis sur la coque. Lier, aussi, la partie
C1 dans le trou déjà fait dans la roue d’avant. Les particuliers du beaupré sont clairement vus à la fig. 2 de la tab.
5 et fig. 1, tab. 7. Faire le tangan C3 du rond du diam. 2mm pour longeur 25mm (fig. 3 tab. 2) en diminuant à une
extrémité et le coller à la partie antérieure de la chouque n. 50.
11)Aux deux côtés des râtelier d’avant faire deux trous du diam. 1,5mm pou mettre les oeillets de laiton n.51.
Ancre: faire avec une petite ficelle les amarrages sur les jas n. 52. Passer la hampe de l’ancre n. 53 dans le trou
des jas. Fixer un oeillet de laiton dans le trou de l’ancre et à une poulie du type 2 fig. 2 tab. 7 qui permettra
la manoeuvre de la fixation aux 2 boissoirs selon le schéma de la fig. 18, voir aussi le fig. 1 sur la tab. 7. Lier
l’extremité d’un morceau de ficelle grosse du diam. 0,80 à l’oeillet de laiton de l’ancre puis à travers le trou sur
les murailles d’avant et la fixer dans les 2 trous avec l’oeillet de laiton aux côtés des râteliers d’avant, fig. 2 tab.

12) Coller avec colle rapide sur les ouvertures les sabords en métal n. 54 avec l’inclinaison vue sur la fig. 19. Les 4
sabords sous le porte-hauban naturellement n’ont pas la même inclinaison. Mettre, maintenant,
dans les trous des râteliers autant des cabillots en métal, fig. 20.
1) Make the belaying pin-racks of the inside bulwark out of 1.5x4mm strip (fig. 2 and 3). (Take the
dimensions from the drawing). Drill 1mm holes for the belaying pin-racks and glue them against the inside
bulwark just under the edge of the handrail. Now you have to assemble the belaying pin-racks onto the
deck as per indicated dimensions. Use a 3x3mm walnut strip (fig. 1) to make the small support posts No.
31 of the belying pin-racks (fig. 1 and 2). Use a 1.5x3mm strip to make belaying pin-racks No. 32. Drill 1mm
holes. Assemble the belaying pin-rancks following fig. 5 and glue them to the indicated areas of the deck
(fig. 2).
2) Drill a 1mm hole Into the deck into which the smoke-stack assembly No. 33 is to be inserted and glued
(fig. 1 and 2). Drill four 0.7mm holes No. 34, to insert eyelets. Attack a thread to these eyelets to fasten the
life boat No. 35. Make two supports for life boat No. 36, fig. 1, by using a 1.5x4mm strip as per drawing fig.
6. Then glue them to the inner steps of the 2 front wood-grids No. 28 (fig. 1).
3) Paint the lifeboat No. 35 inside with ivory-colour paint, outside with white paint and the handrail with
brown paint. Inside the boat 4 seats, made out of a 1x3mm walnut strip are to be inserted. Watch the
respective length of each seat (fig. 7). Complete the lifeboat with two oars, 30mm long, made out of 1x1
mm strip. Glue to the oars blades, made out of two 1x2x8mm strips, which are the oar wings. Then tie the
lifeboat to the 4 rings No. 34, using a thread.
4) Assemble pump No. 37 as per fig. 8 and glue it between the mastshaft and the rear wood-grid. Glue the
vertical winch No. 38 behind the wood-grid. Use a 1x1 mm strip to make the beams No. 39 and glue them
to the small steps on top of the winch (fig. 9). Paint the binnacle No. 4, fig. 10, with dark-brown color. Glue
the small, 4x5mm window No. 41 into the center opening, as shown on fig. 2.
5) Drill six 1mm holes into the quarter-deck, then insert the 1x3mm blocks with shafts No. 42. Through
these leads the rope for the helm. Glue a section on the 3x3x5mm strip (fig. 1) onto the hole of the quarter-
deck. Then attach the crossbars of the die-cast helm onto it. Assemble the steering wheel (fig. 11). Push
the brass hubs into the holes of the two supports and insert the 4mm wooden spacer as well as the steering
wheel. Attach steering mechanism No. 44 to the quarterdeck in location fig. 2.
6) Build the two beams of the prow anchor winch No. 45, using a 3x3x16mm strip. Drill two 0.7mm holes
into the end and glue it onto the railing (fig. 2). Build the two small Inner supports of the two anchor winches
No. 46 by again using 3x3x16mm strips. Glue them below the beams of the anchor winches against the
inner bulwark towards the deck (fig. 12). Glue a 3x3mm strip to another one No. 13 and thus make two
heck anchor winches No. 47. Drill two 0.7mm holes Into the rear end and glue the piece onto the railing
(fig. 2).
7) Make the two decorations on prow using the 1.7mm thread as shown on drawing No. 14.
First thread on top - Hanging from the base of figure-head of stem to below the anchor winch beam.
2nd thread - From anchor winch beam in a half circle to the base of figure-head on prow.
3rd thread - From the base of figure-head on the rear part of stem and across part of hull.
4th thread - From the base of figure-head on the front part of stem and across part of hull.
Between the first and second thread on top glue three small pieces of thread vertically - No. 49 (fig. 14 and
drawing on table 1). Paint all decorations with gold colour.
8) Glue the guns onto the gun-carriages and position the cannons into the existing openings of the bulwarks
(fig. 15).
9) Chain-valves. Before you attach the chain-valves to the two sides of the hull drill three 1mm holes at
indicated points. Glue the four chain-valvaes under the edge of the handrail on the bulwark.
10)Fastening of bowsprit. Make a bowsprit support using the 3x3mm strip (small post) and the 1.5x3mm
strip (belaying pin rack). Drill five 1mm holes into the belaying pin rack for the belaying pins (fig. 2 and 16).
Bowsprit. Make part C1 of the bowsprit using a 110mm long 4mm thick dowel (fig. 3, table 2). At one end
file the dowel to a 3x3mm square area - 3mm long - which goes into the square opening of one of the small
caps. (No. 50 must be made of two glued-together halves per fig. No. 17). The bowsprit is tapered while
the cap runs vertical, therefore its two holes have to be adapted to the inclination of the bowsprit. Then
insert into the round hole the other part of the bowsprit using the 3mm dowel - 90mm long (C2, fig. 3, table
2). Reduce this part towards the top and glue it. Connect the two parts of the bowsprit with a 4mm thread.
Attach part C1 through the hole in the stem. For detailed drawings of the bowsprit see fig. 2, table 5 and
fig. 1, table 7. Make part C3, 25mm long, using the 2mm dowel (fig. 3, table 2). File the part down to a sharp
point at one end and glue it to the front part of cap No. 50.
11) Drill two holes of 1.5mm diameter on both sides of the poop which serve for the brass eyelet screws
No. 51. Anchor. Wrap the thin thread around the leg irons No. 52. Lead the anchor rope No. 53 through the
hole of the leg irons. Attach one small brass washer to the hole of the anchor and to one block type 2 (fig.
2, table 7) for the fixing of the two anchor winches (drawing on fig. 18), see also fig. 1 on table 7. Tie one
end of the thick, 0.80mm thread to the anchor’s washer, then lead it through the bulwark hole. Finally tie
it to eyelet screws which are on the sides of the prow pin racks (fig. 2, table 5).
12) Glue the metal gates No. 54 into the openings with the inclination shown on fig. 19. Logically, the four
gates below the chain- valves can not have the same inclination. Into the belaying pin rack holes insert the
adequate number of belaying pins (fig. 20).
1) Aus der 1,5 x 4 mm Leiste (Bild 2 und 3) die Nagelbänke der inneren Bordwänden herausarbeiten (die
entsprechenden Masse der Zeichnung entnehmen). Mit der Spitze des Bohrers, von 1 mm Durchmesser, die
Löcher für die Nagelbänke bohren und diese gegen die innere Bordwand unter den Rand des Handlaufes kleben.
Nun die Nagelbänke an Deck massgerecht herstellen. Aus der 3x3 mm Nussholzleiste, gemäss Bild 1, die kleinen
Stützen Nr. 31 der Nagelbänke herausarbeiten (Bild 1 und 2). Aus der 1,5 x 3 mm Leiste die Negelbänke Nr. 32
herausarbeiten. Mit der 1mm Bohrerspitze Löcher bohren. Die Negelbänke wie auf Bild 5 gezeigt
zusammenbauen und an die angegebenen Punkte am Deck ankleben (Bild 2).
2) Am Deck ain Loch von 1 mm Durchmesser bohren, in das der Schornesteinaufbau Nr. 33 eingesetzt und geklebt
wird (Bild 1 und 2). Vier Löcher Nr. 34 von 0,7 mm Durchmesser bohren, um vier Ringösen hineinzustecken. An
ihnen wird die Kordel zur Fixierung der Schaluppe befestigt Nr. 35. Die 2 Ständer für die Shaluppe Nr. 36, Bild 1,
aus der 1,5 x 4 mm Leiste, gemäss dem Schema auf Bild 6, heraus-arbeiten und an die inneren Stufen der vorderen
Holgitter Nr. 28 (Bild 1) kleben.
3) Die Schaluppe Nr. 35 innen elfenbeinfarbig und aussen waiss anstreichen, den Handlauf braun. Ins Innere die
aus der 1 x 3 mm Nussholzleiste herausgearbeiteten Sitzbretter, unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen
Rumpfbreite (Bild 7), einfügen. Für die Shaluppe aus der 1 x 1 mm Leiste zwei 30 mm lange Ruder herstellen. An
das jeweilige Ende das Ruderblatt kleben, das aus zwei 1x2x8 mm Leisten hergestellt wird. Nun die Shaluppe mit
der Kordel an den 4 Ringen Nr. 34 befestigen.
4) Die Pumpe Nr. 37, wie auf Bild 8 gezeigt, zwischen Mastbaum und dem hinteren Holzgitter.
Die senkrechte Winde Nr. 38 hinter dem Holzgitter ankleben. Aus der 1 x 1 mm Leiste die Balken Nr 39 fertigen
und auf die kleinen Stufen oben an der Winde kleben (Bild 9). Das Kompasshäuschen Nr. 4 Bild 10,
dunkelnussbraun anstreichen. In die mittlere Öffnung das 4x5 mm kleine Fenster Nr 41, wie auf Bild 2 gezeigt,
kleben.
5) In das Achterdeck sechs 1 mm Löcher zur Aufnahme der 1 x 3 mm Blöcke mit Schäften Nr. 42 bohren. Durch
diese führt das Tau für das Steuerrad. Auf das ins Achterdeck gebohrte Loch ain Stück der 3 x 3 x 5 mm Leiste
(Bild 1) kleben und darauf die Balken des Gussmetallruders anbringen Nr. 43. Das Steuerrad montieren (Bild 11).
Die Messingnabe in die Löcher der zwei Stützen stecken und das 4 mm Zwischenstück aus Holz sowie das Rad
ainfügen. Das komplette Steuerrad Nr. 44 am Heck an der angegebenen Stelle befestigen (Bild 2).
6) Aus der 3x3x16 mm Leiste die zwei Balken der Bugankerwinde Nr 45 fertigen. In das äussere Ende zwei 0,7 mm
Löcher bohren und über den Handlauf kleben (Bild 2). Aus der 3 x 3 x 16 mm Leiste die zwei inneren kleinen
Stützen der 2 Ankerwinden Nr 46 herausarbeiten und unter die Balken der Ankerwinden gegen die innere
Bordwand bis zum Deck kleben (Bild 12). Aus zwei übereinandergeklebten 3x3 mm Leisten Nr. 13 die zwei
Heckankerwinden Nr 47 herausarbeiten. Zwei 0,7 mm Löcher in das hintere Ende bohren und auf den Handlauf
kleben (Bild 2).
7) Die zwei Galione aus der 1,7 mm kordel herstellen, wie auf Zeichnung Nr. 14 dargestellt.
1. Kordel oben - Von der Basis der Galionsfigur des Vordersteven hängend bis unter den Balken der
Ankerwinde.
2. Kordel Vom Balken der Ankerwinde im halbkreis bis zur Basis der Galionfigur am Bug.
3. Kordel Von der Basis der Galionsfigur am hinteren Teil des Vorderdtevens und über ainen Teil des
Rumpfes.
4. Kordel Von der Basis der Galionsfigur am vorderen Teil des Vorderstevens und über ainen Teil des
Rumpfes.
Zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Kordel oben 3 kleine Kordelstücke vertikal kleben Nr. 49 (Bild 14 und Plan
auf Tafel 1). Alle Galione mit Goldfarbe anstreichen.
8) Die Geschütze auf die Lafetten kleben und die Kanonen in die vorhandenen Öffnungen in der Bordwand stellen
(Bild 15).
9) Schutzbretter für die Rüstselle - Vor der Montage der Schutzbretter, auf beiden Selten des Rumpfes, an den
angegebenen Punkten 3 Löcher von 1 mm Durchmesser bohren. Die 4 Schutzbretter unter dem Rand des
Handlaufes an die Bordwand kleben.
10) Befestigung des Bugspriets - Die Bugsprietstütze aus der 3x3 mm Leiste (kleiner Pfeiler) und aus der 1,5 x 3
mm Leiste (Nagelbank) herausarbeiten. In die Nagelbank fünf 1 mm Löcher für die Koffienägel bohren (Bild 2 und
16). Bugspriet - Aus dem 4 mm Rundstab den 110 mm langen Teil C1 des Bugspriets herausarbeiten (Bild 3, Tafel
2). An einem Ende mit einer Feile ein 3 x 3 Quadrat von 3 mm Länge bilden, welches in die quadratische
Aussparung an einem der kleinem “Eselshäupter” eingefügt wird. (Nr 50 wird aus zwei zusammengeklebten
Hälften, siehe Bild 17, hergestellt). Der Buspriet hat einen schrägen Verlauf, das Eselshaupt hingegen verläuft
vertikal, deshalb muß man dessen 2 Löcher an die Neigung des Bugspriegs anpassen. Danach In das runde Loch
den anderen Teil des Bugspriets aus dem 3 mm Rundstab, Länge 90 mm einfügen (C2, Bild 3, Tafel 2). Dieser Teil
wird nach oben hin verjüngt und dann angeklebt. Mit einer 4 mm Kordel die 2 Teile des Bugspriets verbieten. Den
Teil C1 durch das schon ausgeführte Loch im Vordersteven befestigen. Detailzeichnungen des Bugspriets auf Bild
2, Tafel 5 und Bild 1, Tafel 7. Den Teil C3 aus dem 2mm Rundstab mit 25mm Länge herausarbeiten (Bild 3, tafel
2), an einem Ende zuspitzen und an die Vorderseite des Eselshauptes Nr. 50 kleben.
11) Beindseiting am Heck in die Nagelbänke 2 Löcher von 1,5 mm Durchmesser zur Aufnahme der Ösenschrauben
aus Messing bohren, Nr. 51. Anker: mit der dünnen kordel die Umwicklung der Ankerbalken Nr. 52 durchführen.
Das Ankertau Nr. 53 durch das Loch des Ankerbalken führen. Einen kleinen Mssingring am Ankerdurchlass und
an einem Block vom Typ 2 (Bild 2, Tafel 7), für die Befestigung der 2 Ankerwinden anbringen (Zeichnung Bild 18,
siehe auch Bild 1 auf Tafel 7). Ein Ende von einer dicken, 0,80 mm Kordel an den Messingring führen und an den
2 Löchern mit den Ösenschrauben, an den Seiten der Bugnagelbänke, befestigen (Bild 2, Tafel 5).
12) Über die Öffnungen die Metallpforten Nr. 54 kleben. Die Schrägstellung wird auf Bild 19 gazeigt. Die 4 Pforten
unter den Schutzbrettern für die Rüstselle können logischerweise nicht die gleiche Schrägstellung haben. In die
Löcher der Nagelbänke die entsprechende Anzahl von Koffienägel Stecken, Bild 20.

1) Fissare le lande n. 2 e 3 corredandole di bigotte n. 63 di diámetro di 4mm negli incastri delle parasartie n. 19 e 20 fissandole alio scafo Chiudere quindi gli incastri delle parasartie con
un listello noce 1x2mm (fig. 2).
2) Preparare tutti gli alberi, i pennoni e le altre partí che compongono l’alberatura rilevando la forma e le dimensioni riportate sulla fig. 3, tav. 7. Gli alberi sono ricavati da tondini assottigliati
man mano che si procede verso l’alto e opportunamente aggiustati con una lima dove hanno una sezione quadrata. Nella fase di montaggio la posizione relativa' dei vari elementi va
rilevata dalla vista d’insieme come appare nella tav. 6.
3) Formare le legature sugli alberi A1 e B1 con cordino 0,40mm (vedi fig. 3, tav. 2). Sulla parte interiore della sezione quadrata dell’albero B1 incollare la maschera n. 55 (fig. 3). Ricavare
la crocetta n. 56 dal listello 2x3mm e 2x2mm secondo le misure riportate alia fig. 4. Incollare la crocetta finita A sopra le maschette dell’albero B1. Sopra la crocetta incollare la coffa n. 22
contornata da un listello di tanganika 0,5x2mm n. 57 (vedi fig. 5). Incollare la testa di moro n. 58 (formata da 2 metá incollate tra loro come fig. 6) sulla sommitá quadrata dell’albero B1.
Far passare nel foro tondo della testa di moro la base dell’albero B2 fino all’estremitá interiore della coffa n. 22 e incollare. Costruire la crocetta B n. 59 con listello 2x3mm e 2x2mm
secondo schema (fig. 4) ed ¡ncollarla alia base quadrata dell’albero B2. Incollare la testa di moro n. 60 alia sommitá quadrata dell’albero B2. Far passare nel foro tondo della testa di moro
n. 58 l’albero B3 fino all’estremitá inferiore della crocetta n. 59 e incollare.
4) Sulla parte inferiore della sezione quadrata dell’albero A1 incollare le maschette n. 55 (fig. 3). Ricavare la crocetta n. 56 dal listello 2x3mm e 2x2mm secondo le misure riportate alia fig.
4. Incollare la crocetta finita C sopra le maschette dell’albero A1. Sopra la crocetta incollare la coffa n. 21 contornata da un listello di tanganica 0,5x2mm n. 57 (vedi fig. 5). Incollare la testa
di moro n. 58 sulla sommitá quadrata dell’albero A1. Far passare nel foro tondo della testa di moro la base dell’albero A2 fino all’estremitá inferiore della coffa n. 21 ed incollare. Costruire
la crocetta D n. 59 con listello 2x3mm e 2x2mm secondo schema (fig. 4) ed incollarla alia base quadrata dell’albero A2. Incollare la testa di moro n. 60 alia sommitá quadrata dell’albero
A2. Far passare nel foro tondo della testa di moro n. 60 l’albero A3 ed incollare.
5) Infilare sulla base dell’albero B1 la cavigliera in metallo n. 61 flssandola all’altezza della cavigliera giá montata. Infilare nel foro piccolo di questa cavigliera n. 61 un tondino B8 di diámetro
2mm rispettando una lunghezza che vada dalla coperta alia base della coffa n. 22 (in tutto circa 108mm). Fissare sul foro praticato sulla coperta verso poppa il piede d’albero in metallo n.
62 nel quale infiggere la base dell’albero maestfo B1 e la base del tondino B8. L’albero sará alloggiato nell’incavo predisposto sulla chiglia. Fissiamo con colla hadando a mantenere la
posizione perpendicolare. Stessa operazione per l’albero di trichetto A1 che va semplicemente fissato nel foro a prua sulla coperta.
6) Procederé alie legature fisse degli alberi. Praticare sulla ruota di prua al punto 16 un foro dal diámetro di 0,7mm per alloggiare un anellino con gambo. Produrre sullo scafo al punto 17
(ambo i lati) un foro dal diámetro di 0,7mm. Tendere una cordina con diámetro 0,40mm dalla 1a legatura del bompresso al punto 16. Fissare ambo i lati 2 bozzelli n. 18 (di tipo 2 sulla fig.
7) per far passare la manovra che parte dall’anellino n. 17 alia cavigliera di prua 204. Legare dall’albero maestro al punto 6 una corda 0,40mm che va fino al punto 7 che é un bozzello di
tipo 5 (fig. 7). Legare dall’albero di trinchetto al punto 8 un bozzello n. 9 di tipo 6 (fig. 7). Legare tra loro i due bozzelli 7 e 9 e fissare alia cavigliera alia base del trinchetto. Alio stesso modo
legare l’altra manovra sempre con cordina 0,4mm che va dal punto 6 al bozzello 10 di tipo 5 (fig. 7). Legare sul bompresso il bozzello 11 tipo 6 (fig. 7). Legare tra loro i bozzelli 10 e 11 e
fissare alia cavigliera alia base del trinchetto. Legare un cordino 0,4mm il punto 12 al punto 13 bozzello di tipo 5 (fig. 7). Fissare sul bompresso al punto 14 il bozzello n. 15 di tipo 6. Legare
tra loro i bozzelli 13 e 15 fissarli alia cavigliera di prua 204. Tendere la manovra che va dalla crocetta dell’albero maestro all’albero di trinchetto sotto la testa di moro. Infine tendere la
manovra che va dalla crocetta dell’albero di trinchetto al punto 14 del bompresso. Completare la messa in opera delle manovre fisse dal bompresso all’albero di trinchetto seguendo lo
schema della fig. 1. Tendere la manovra dal punto 30 dell’albero maestro al bozzello n. 34 (di tipo 1). La manovra termina al punto 211 (tav. 7). Fissare (ambo i lati) i bozzelli n. 26, 29, 33
e 36 (tipo 4) nei punti indicati. Incollare (ambo i lati) gli anellini col gambo n. 31 e 38 nei punti indicati. Tendere la manovra del punto 23 al bozzello n. 32 (di tipo 1). Formare il raccordo
tra il bozzello n. 32 e 33. La manovra termina al punto 209 (tav. 7). Tendere la manovra dal punto n. 34 al bozzello n. 35 (di tipo 1). Formare poi il raccordo tra il bozzello n. 35 e 36. La
manovra termina al punto 210 (tav. 7). Tendere la manovra dal punto 37 all’anellino 38. Tendere la manovra dal punto 24 al bozzello n. 25 (di tipo 1). Formare poi il raccordo tra il bozzello
25 e il 26. La manovra termina al punto 207 (tav. 7). Tendere la manovra dal punto 27 al bozzello 28 (di tipo 1). Formare poi il raccordo tra il bozzello 28 e 29. La manovra termina al punto
208 (tav. 7). Tendere la manovra dal punto 30 all’anellino n. 31.
7) Sartie. Le sartie fatte con cordino di diámetro 0,40mm sono móntate a coppie altérnate a destra e a sinistra degli alberi per equilíbrame la tensione. Passano attraverso l’apertura sulle
coffe e terminano legate alie bigotte n. 66. Con un pezzo di filo di ottone in dotazione, formare una dima (vedi fig. 8) che servirá per avere una giusta distanza dalle altre bigotte giá poste
in basso sulla parasartia. Legare le bigotte tra loro con cordino 0,25mm (fig. 9). Formare le griselle orizzontali con cordino 0,25mm legate ed incollate alie sartie e distanziate tra loro come
da fig. 10 e 1. Fissare le bigotte n. 64 poste sopra le 2 coffe tramite cordino 0,25mm di diámetro facendo in modo che il cordino passando attraverso i forellini esterni sulla párete esterna
delle coffe, vada a fissarsi sulle sartie inferiori secondo lo schema sulla fig. 11 e 1. Le sartie superiori, fatte da cordino 0,25mm di diámetro sono móntate altérnate a destra e a sinistra
dell’albero. Le legature superiori vanno poste sulla parte quadrata dei 2 alberi. Le partí inferiori di queste griselle vanno invece fissate ad altrettante bigotte, poste sotto la testa di moro
n. 58. Legare quindi con cordino 0,25mm le bigotte n. 65 con le altre bigotte n. 66. Dipingere di ñero opaco le sartie soprascritte.
1) Fixer les cadènes n. 2 et 3 en mettant les moques n. 63 du dlam. 4 mm dans les adents du porte-
hauban n. 19 et 20 en les fixant à la coque Fermer donc les adents du parte-hauban avec une lisse
en noyer 1x2mm, fig. 2.
2) Préparer tous les lâts, les vergues et les autres parties qui composent les mâtures en prennant
la forme et les dimensions sur la fig. 3, tab. 7. Las mâts sont faits des divers éléments voir la tab. 6.
3) Former les amarrages sur les mâts A1 et B1 avec la petite ficelle 0,4mm voir fig. 3 Tab. 2. Sur la
Partie inferieure de la section carrée du mât B1 coller les bigots n. 55 fig. 3. Faire la barre de flèche
n. 56 de la lisse 2x3mm et 2x2mm selon les mesures Indiquées à la fig. 4. Coller la barre de flèche
terminée A sur les bigots du mat B1. Sur la barre de flèche coller le hune n. 22 bordée par une lisse
en tanganyka 0,5x2mm n. 57, voir fig. 5. Coller la chouque n. 58 (faite de deux moitié collée entre
elles comme la fig. 6) sur la partie carrée du mât B1. Passer dans le trou rond de la chouque la base
du mât B2 jusqu’à l’estrémité inferieure de la hune n. 22 et coller. Faire la barre de fléché B n. 59
avec une lisse 2x3 et 2s2mm selon le schéma (fig. 4) et la coller à la base carrée du mât B2. Coller
la chouque n. 60 ou sommet carré du mât B2. Passer dans le trou rond de la chouque n. 58 le mat
B3 jusqu’à l’extremité inférieure de la barre de flèche n. 59 et coller.
4) Sur la partie inferieure de la section carrée du mâst A1 coller les bigots n. 55, fig. 3. Faire la barre
de flèche n. 56 de la lisse 2x3mm et 2x2mm selon les mesures sur la fig. 4. Coller la barre de flèche
terminée C sur les bigots du mât A1. Sur la barre de flèche coller le hune n. 21 bordée d’une lisse
en tanganyka 0,5x2mm n. 57, voir fig. 5. Coller la chouque n. 58 sur le sommet carré du mât A1.
Passer dans le trou rond de la chouque la base du mât A2 jusqu’à l’estremité inférieure de la hune
n. 21 et coller. Faire la barre de flèche D n. 59 avec une lisse 2x3mm et 2x2mm selon le schéma
(fig. 4) et la collier a la base carrée du mât A2. Coller la chouque n. 60 au sommet carré du mât A2.
Passer dans le trou rond de la chouque n. 60 la mât A3 et coller.
5) Enfiler sur la base du mât B1 le râtelier en létal n. 61 en le fixant à l’hauteur du râtelier déjà mis.
Enfiler dans le trou petit de ce râtelier n. 61 1 rond B8 du diam. 2mm en respectant une longeur
qui va du pont à la base de la hune n. 22 (en trous 108mm environ). Fixer sur le trou fait sur le pont
vers l'arriéré le pied du mât en létal n. 62 et fixer la vase du grand mât B1 et la base du rond B8. Le
mât sera mis dans l’entaille faite sur la quille. Fixer avec la colle en faisant atrtention à tenir la
position perpendiculaire. Faire la même chose pour le mât de misaine A1 qui doit etre fixé dans le
trou d’avant sur le pont.
6) Continuer aux manoeuvres dormantes des mâts. Faire sur l’étrave au point 16 un trou du dlam.
0,7mm pour mettre un petit anneau avec pied. Faire sur la coque au point 17 (de deux côtés) un
trou du dlam. 0,7mm. Tendre une ficelle du diam. 0,40mm de la première manoeuvre du beaupré
au point 16. Fixer de deux côtés 2 poulies n. 18 (du type 2 sur la fig. 7) pour passer la manoeuvre
qui va de l’anneau n. 17 au râtelier d’avant 204. Lier au grand mât au point 6 une ficelle 0,40mm
qui va au point 7, une poulie du type 5 (fig. 7). Lier au mât de misaine au point 8 une poulie n. 9 du
type 6 (fig. 7). Lier entre elles les deux poulies 7 et 9, et fixer al râtelier a la base du misaine. A la
même manière lier l’autre manoeuvre toujours avec la ficelle 0,4mm qui va du point 6 à la poulie
10 du tyupe 5, fig. 7. Fixer sur le beaupré au point 14 la poulie n. 15 de type 6. Lier entre elles les
poulies 13 et 15 et les fixer au râtelier d’avant 204. Tendre la manoevre qui va de la barre de clèche
du grand mât au mât de misaine sans la chouque. Enfin tendre la manoeuvre qui va de la barre de
flèche du mât de misaine au point 14 du beaupré. Compléter les manoeuvres dormantes du
beaupré au mât de misaine en suivant le schéma de la fig. 1. Tendre le manoeuvre du point 30 du
grand mât à la poulie n. 34 (de Type 1). La manouvre termine au point 211 (tab. 7). Fixer (des deux
côtés) les poulies n. 26, 29, 33 et 36 (type 4) aux points indiqués. Coller (des deux côtés) les petits
anneaux avec pied n. 31 et 38 aux points indiqués. Tendre la manoeuvre du point 23 à la poulie n.
32 (du type 1). Faire le raccord entre la poulie n. 32 et 33. La manoeuvre termine au point 209 (tab.
7). Tendre la manoeuvre du point 34 a la paoulie n. 35 (de type 1). La manoeuvre termine au point
210 (Tab. 7). Faire, puis, le le raccord entre la paulie n. 35 et 36. Tendre la manouvre du point 37
au petit anneau 38. Tendre la manoeuvre du point 24 a la poulie n. 25. (de type 1). Faire, puis, le
raccord entre la poulie 25 et 26. La manoeuvre termine au point 207 (tab. 7). Tendre la manoeuvre
du point 27 a la poulie 28 et 29. La manoeuvre termine au point 207 (tab. 7). Tendre la manoeuvre
du point 30 au petit anneau n. 31.
7) Hauban - Les hauban faits avec la ficelle du diam. 0,40mm sont faits a couples alternées à droite
et à gauche des mâts pour équilibrer la tension. Ils passent à travers l’overture sur les hunes et ils
terminent liés aux poulies n. 66. Avec un morceau de fil de laiton en dotatione, faire un gabarit
(voir fig. 8) qui servira pour avoir l’exacte distance des autres poulies déjà mises en bas sur le port-
hauban. Lier les poulies entre elles avec une ficelle 0,25mm (fig. 9). Faire les enflèchures horizontals
avec une ficelle 0,25mm liées et collées aux haubans et lintaine entre elles comme la fig. 10 et 1.
Fixer les poulies n. 64 mises sur les deux hunes avec une ficelle du diam. 0,25mm en mlanière que
la ficelle, en passant a travers les petits trous sur la partie extérieure des hunes, se fixe sur les
hubans inferieurs selon le schéma sur la fig. 11 et 1. Les haubans superleurs, faits de la ficelle du
diam. 0,25mm sont asselmblée alternés à droite et à gauche du mât. Les amarrages supérieures
sont mis sur la partie carrée des deux mâts. Les parties inferieurs de cette anflèchure sont au
contraire fixées aux moques, mis sous le choque n. 58. Donc, lier avec une ficelle 0,25mm les
chouques n. 65 avec les autres chouques n. 66. Peindre en noir opaque les haubands surdécrits.
1) Affix the barren lands No. 2 and 3 with the 4mm dead eyes No. 63 to the grooves for the
chain valves No. 19 and 20 Fill the grooves with a 1x2mm walnut strip (fig. 2).
2) Prepare all masts, yards and other parts to build the mast assembly groups. Shapes and sizes
are shown on fig. 3, table 7. The masts are made of wooden rods with the ends pointed and
filed to square sections where needed. For assembly of the various parts follow drawing on
table 6.
3) Wrap masts A1 and B2 with the thin 0.40mm thread (fig. 3, table 2). Glue the mastcheeck
No. 55, fig. 3, to the lower part of the square area of mast B1. Create crosstree No. 56 using
2x3mm and 2x2mm strip (fig. 4). Glue the finished crosstree A onto the mastcheeck of mast
B1. Glue top No. 22 above the crosstree and frame it with a 0.5x2mm tanganjika strip (fig. 5).
Connect the two halves of the caps No. 58 (fig. 6) and glue them to the square upper end of
mast B1. Insert the mast base B2 into the round hole of the cap all the way to the lower end
of top No. 22 and then glue it. Make crosstree B No. 59 using 2x3mm and 2x2mm strip (fig. 4)
and glue it to the square base of mast B2. Glue cap No. 60 to the square area on top of mast
B2. Insert bottom of mast B3 into the round hole of cap No. 58 all the way to the lower end of
crosstree No. 59 and finally glue it.
4) Glue the mast cheek No. 55, fig. 3, to the lower side of the square area of mast A1. Make
the crosstree No. 56 (fig. 4) using 2x3mm and 2x2mm strips. Glue the finished crosstree C
above the mast cheeks of mast A1. Glue top No. 21 above the crosstree and frame it with a
0.5x2mm tanganjika strip No. 57 (fig. 5). Glue cap No. 58 onto the upper square end of mast
A1. Slide bottom of mast A2 into the round hole of the cap until it reaches the lower edge of
top 22 and then glue it. Build the crosstree D No. 59 (fig. 4) with a 2x3mm and-2x2mm strip
and glue it to the square area of mast A2. Glue cap No. 60 to the square top of mast A2. Insert
mast A3 into the round hole of the cap No. 60 and glue it.
5) Insert belaying pin rack - metal - No. 61 at the base of mast B1 and glue it at the same level
as the previously assembled pin rack. Insert a 2mm dowel B8 into the small hole of pin rack
No. 61. Total length 108mm from deck to base of top No. 22. The metal bottom of mast No.
62 must be attached to the hole, which was made from deck towards the poop. The base of
the big mast B1 and the base of dowel B8 are to be inserted into No. 62. The mast must be
pushed into the opening on the keel. Please make sure of the vertical position when you glue
it. The same applies to glueing foremast A1 which mast go into the respective hole of the poop.
6) Now start to tie up the masts. Drill a 0.7mm hole into the stem at position No. 16, and insert
an eyelet. Drill a 0.7mm hole on both sides of the hull at position No. 17. Take 0.40mm thread
and connect the first attachment of the bowsprit with position No. 16. On both sides affix two
blocks No. 18 (type 2, fig. 7) which serve to transport the rope, which leads from ring No. 17
to the belaying pin rack at prow 204. Tie a 0.40mm thread to the big mast at No. 6, which leads
to point 7, which is a block type 5 (fig. 7). Tie a block No. 9, type 6 to the foremast (fig. 7) at
position 8. Connect the two blocks No. 7 and 9 with each other and attach them to the belaying
pin rack at the base of the foremast. Tie up the other rope in the same way, using a 0.40mm
thread leading from point 6 to block 10, type 5 (fig. 7). Affix block 11, type 6 to bowsprit (fig.
7). Connect blocks 10 and 11 with each other and attach them to the belaying pin rack at the
base of the foremast. Connect point 12 with point 13, a block type 5, with a 0.40mm thread
(fig. 7). Affix block No. 15, type 6, at point 14 to the bowsprit. Connect blocks 13 and 15 with
each other and attach them to the prow belaying pin rack 204. Tighten a rope, leading from
the crosstree of the main mast to the foremast and tie it up below the cap. Run a rope from
the crosstree of the foremast to point 14 of the bowsprit. Complete the existing assemblies
from bowsprit to foremast (drawing on fig. 1). Tighten a rope from point 30 of the main mast
to block No. 34, type 1. The rope ends at point 211 (table 7). Fasten on both sides the blocks
No. 26, 29, 33 and 36 (type 4) at the indicated positions. On both sides glue eyelets No. 31 and
38 to the indicated points. Run a rope from point 23 to block 32 (type 1). Connect block 32
with block 33. The rope ends at point 209 (table 7). Tighten a rope from point No. 34 to block
No. 35 (type 1). Connect block 35 with block 36. Rope ends at point 210 (table 7). Tighten rope
from point 37 to ring 38. Tighten rope from point 24 to block 25 (type 1). Now connect block
25 with 26. Rope ends at point No. 207 (table 7). Run a rope from point No. 27 to block No. 28
(type 1). Now connect block No. 28 with block No. 29. Rope ends at point 208 (table 7). Tighten
rope from point No. 30 to ring No. 31.
7) Shrouds. The shrouds are to be made of 0.40mm thread. They are to be attached to the
mast in pairs alternating right and left, in order to balance the strain. They run through the
openings of the tops and must be attached to the dead eyes No. 66. Using the enclosed brass
wire make a measuring tape (fig. 8), in order to obtain the correct distance to the order dead
eyes which are already mouted on the chain valves. Use a 0.25mm thread to connect the dead
eyes (fig. 9). Create the horizontal ratlines by using the 0.25mm thread. They have to be tied
and glue to the shrouds and spaced shown In fig. 10 and 1. Tie the dead eyes No. 64 above the
two tops with 0.25mm thread. Pull the thread through the small holes on the outside of the
tops and tie them to the lower shrouds (fig. 11 and 1). The upper shrouds, which you made of
0.25mm thread, must be attached in pairs alternating to the right and to the left of the mast.
Above they must be attached to the masts at the square areas. The lower ratlines must be
fastened to the dead eyes below cap No. 58. Connect the dead eyes No. 65 with dead eyes No.
66 with 0.25mm thread. Paint all above mentioned shrouds with flat black color.

Einschnitte mit einer 1x2 mm Nussholzleiste schliessen (Bild,2).
2) Alle Masten, Rahen und die anderen Teile für die Bemastung vorbereiten. Formen und Grössen sfnd auf Bild 3, Tafel 7 dargestellt. Die
Masten werden aus Rundhölzern gearbeitet, nach oben hin zugespitzt und beim quadratischen Querschnitt zurechtgefeilt. Montage der
verschiedenen Teile laut Zeichnung auf Tafel 6.
3) Die Umwicklung der Masten A1 und B2 mit der dünnen 0,40 mm Kordel durchführen (Bild 3, tafel 2). Auf den unteren Teil des
quadratischen Abschnittes vom Mast B1 die Mastebacke Nr. 55, Bild 3, kleben. Aus der 2x3 mm und 2x2 mm Leiste, laut Bild 4, die Saling
Nr. 56 herausarbeiten. Die fertige Saling A über die Mastbacken vom Mast B1 kleben. Über die Saling den Mastkorb Nr. 22 kleben, und mit
einer 0,5 x 2 mm Tanganjikaleiste einfassen (Bild 5). Die 2 Hälften der Eselchäupter Nr. 58 miteinander verbinden (Bild 6), und an das
quadratische obere Ende des Mastes B1 kleben. Den Mastfuss B2 in das runde Loch des Eselshauptes stecken, bis zum unteren ende des
Mastkorbes Nr. 22, und kleben. Die Saling B Nr. 59 aus der 2 x 3 mm und 2x2 mm Leiste herausarbeiten (Bild 4) und an die quadratische
Basis des Mastes B2 kleben. Das Eselshaupt Nr. 60 an die quadratische Spitze des Mastes B2 kleben. Das Eselshaupt Nr. 60 an die
quadratische Spitze des Mastes B2 kleben. Des Mastfuss B3 in dass runde Loch des Eselhauptes Nr. 58 stecken; bis zum unteren Ende der
Saling Nr. 59 und ankleben.
4) Auf die untere Seite des quadratischen Abschnittes des Mastes AI die Mastbacken Nr. 55, Bild 3, kleben. Aus der 2 x 3 mm und 2x2 mm
Leiste die Saling Nr. 56 hetausarbeiten (Bild 4). Die fertige Saling C über die Mastbacken des Mastes AI kleben. Über die Saling den Mastkorb
Nr. 21 kleben, und mit einer 0,5 x 2 mm Tanganjikaleiste Nr. 57 einfassen (Bild 5). Das Eselshaupt Nr. 58 an das obere quadratische Ende des
Mastes A1 kleben. In das Runde Loch des Eselshauptes den Mastfuss A2 stecken, bis zum unteren Rand des Mastkorbes Nr. 22 un kleben.
Mit der 2 x 3 mm und 2x2 mm Leiste die Saling D Nr. 59 bauen (Bild 4) und an die quadratische Basis des Mastes A2 kleben. Das Eselshaupt
Nr. 60 an die quadratische Spitze des Mastes A2 kleben. Den Mast A3 in das runde Loch des Eselshauptes stecken und kleben.
5) An der Basis des Mastes B1 die Nagelbank aus Metall Nr. 61 einfügen und auf der Höhe der schon montierten Nagelbank ankleben. In das
kleine Loch dieser Nagelbank Nr 61 ein 2 mm Rundholz B8 einfügen. Die Länge beträgt insgesamt ca. 108 mm, vom Deck bis zur Basis des
Mastkorbes Nr. 22. Auf dem Loch, das auf dem Deck gegen das Heck zu ausgeführt wurde, den Mastfuss in Metall Nr. 62 fixieren, in welchen
die Basis des Großmastes B1 und die Basis des Rundstabes B8 eingesetzt wird. Der Mast wird in die dafür vorgesehene Vertiefung am Kiel
gesteckt. Beim Ankleben auf die senkrechte Stellung achten. Das gleiche gilt für vorgesehene Vertiefung am Kiel gesteckt. Das gleiche gilt
für das Ankleben des Fockmastes A1, der einfach im Loch am Heck fixiert wird.
6) Nun die fixe Verknotung der masten vornehmen. Am Vordersteven, am Punkt 16 ein Loch von 0,7 mm Durchmesser bohren und einen
Ring mit Schaft hineinstecken. Am Rumpf beidseiting beim Punkt 17 ein Loch von 0,7 mm Durchmesser bohren. Eine 0,40 mm Kordel von
der ersten Fixierung des Bugspriets zum Punkt 16 spannen.
Auf beiden Seiten 2 Blöcke Nr. 18 (vom Typ 2 auf dem Bild 7) befestigen, für den Durchzug des Taues, das vom Ring Nr. 17 zur Nagelbank
am Bug 204 führt.
Am Großmast beim Punkt Nr. 6 eine 0,40 mm Kordel anbinden die bis zum Punkt 7, einem Block vom Typ 5 (Bild 7) führt.
Am Fockmast, am Punkt 8 einen Block Nr. 9 vom Typ 6 anbinden (Bild 7).
Die zwei Blöcke 7 und 9 miteinander verbinden und an der Nagelbank an der Basis des Fockmastes befestigen.
Auf die gleiche Weise das andere Tau anbinden, wieder mit einer 0,40 mm Kordel, die vom Punkt 6 zum Block 10 vom Typ 5 geht (Bild 7).
Auf dem Bugspriet den Block 11 vom Typ 6 ambringen (Bild 7).
Die Blöcke 10 und 11 miteinander verbinden und an der Nagelbank an der Basis des Fockmastes befestigen.
Mit einer 0,40 mm Kordel den Punkt 12 mit den Punkt 13, Block vom Typ 5 verbinden (Bild7).
Am Bugspired, am Punkt 14, den Block Nr 15 vom Typ 6 anbringen. Die Blöcke 13 und 15 miteinander verbinden und an der Bugnagelbank
204 fixieren.
Ein Tau spannen, das von der Saling des Großmastes bis zum Fockmast geht und dort unterhalb des Eselshauptes angebunden wird. Ein

Die Verbindung zwischen dem Block Nr. 32 und 33 bilden.
Das Tau endet am Punkt 209 (Tafel 7).
Das Tau vom Punkt Nr. 34 zum Block Nr. 35 (vom Typ 1) spannen. Dann die Verbindung zwischen Block Nr. 35 und 36 bilden.
Das Tau endet am Punkt 210 (Tafel 7).
Das Tau vom Punkt 37 zum Ring 38 spannen.
Das Tau vom Punkt 24 zum Block Nr. 25 (vom Typ 1) spannen. Dann die Verbindung zwischen dem Block Nr. 25 und 26 herstellen.
Das Tau endet am Punkt 207 (Tafel 7).
Das Tau vom Punkt 27 zum Block 28 (vom Typ 1) spannen.
Dann die Verbindung zwischen Block 28 und 29 herstellen.
Das Tau endet am Punkt 208 (Tafel 7).
Das Tau vom Punkt 30 Zum Ring Nr. 31 spannen.
7)Wanten - Die aus der 0,40 mm Kordel hergestellten Wanten werden paarweise, abwechselnd rechts und links vom Mast angebracht, um
die Spannung auszugleichen. Sie gehen durch die Öffnung in den Mastkörben und werden an den Jungfern Nr. 66 befestigt. Aus dem
beigelegten Stück Messingdraht einen Masstab formen (Bild 8), um den richtigen Abstand zu den anderen, schon unten auf den Rüstbrettern
angebrachten Jungfern, zu erhalten. Mit einer 0,25 mm Kordel die Jungfern verbinden (Bild 9). Aus der 0.25 mm Kordel die horizontalen
Webeleinen bilden, die gemäss den auf Bild 10 und 1 gezeigten Abständen an die Wanten gebunten und geklebt werden. Die Jungfern Nr.
64 über den 2 Mastkörben mit einer 0,25 mm Kordel fixieren. Die Kordel durch die kleinen Löcher an der Assenseite der Mastkörbe föhren
und an den unteren Wanten festbinden (Bild 11 und 1). Die oberen, aus der 0,25 mm Kordel gemachten Wanten,werden paarweise,
abwechselnd links und rechts vom Mast angebracht. Die obere Befestigung erfolgt beim werden an den Jungfern unter dem Eselshaupt Nr.
58 befestigt. Mit einer 0,25 mm Kordel die Jungfern Nr. 65 mit den anderen Jungfern Nr. 66 verbinden. Alle oben genannten Wanten
mattschwarz streichen.

1) Préparer les vergues, soit les simples A6, A7, B6, B7 et G4 qui divent être diminuées vers les extrémités, et aussi les complexes A4, A5, B4
et B5 qui tiernnent aussi les boute-hors. Faire sur ces vergues complexes des petits trous (en suivant la mesure du dessin) à travers lesquels
passer la ficelle pour fixer les boute-hors, faits avec le rond du diam. 2mm, qui doivent être tenus avec un petit anneau avec pied et mis à la
fin des vergues mêmes (voir le detail 1 et 2 fig. 3). Enfin préparer les deux bornes B9 et B10 selon le schéma fig. 3 detail 3. Faire à une
extrémité du bôme B9 et B10 une coupure du diam. 1mm pour mettre le tolet fait de la lisse 1x4mm, voir detail 4 fig. 3. Les bômes B9 et
B10 liés avec le tolet au mât B8 aux 2 points indiqués à la fig. 1 de la tab. 7.
2) Lier, maintenant, les cergues, complètes de poulis et des marchepieds aux mâts selon le schéma de la fig. 4 et 5. En succession:
- les vergues A4, A5, A6 et A7 au mât A.
- les vergues B4, B5, B6 et B7 au mât B.
- les vergues C4 au beaupré C1.
3) Fixer une poulie detype 3 (fig.2) au point 106 sur la main-courante d’arrière. Fixer une poulie de type 4 (fig. 2) au point 94 sur le boissoir
d’arrière. Fixer une poulie de type 3 (fig. 2) au point 101 sur le boissoir d’arrière. Naturellement des deux côtés.
4) Lier les pavillons n. 67 au point 97 au 133. Lier le guidon n. 68 au tangan fait du rond du diam. 2mm qui va lié et collé au début du mât B3.
5) Assemblage des manoeuvres:
Les manoeuvres doivent être faites en suivant l’ordre numérique. Elles doivent être tendues mais elles ne doivent pas forcer sur les mâts;
les noeuds doivent être collés. Ne cherchez pas à faire conctlonner les manoeuvres courantes. C’est mieux un petit point de colle vinylique
très diluée qui fixe les cordages aux poulies et aux cabillots. Le parcour des manoeuvres est indiqué avec les numéros qui represent
les manoeuvres, les differents passages et le point terminal. Les manoeuvres qui terminent aux cabilots doivent être fixeés selon le schéma
fig. 2. Le point terminal sur le pont ont une numération de 200 en avant. Les manoeuvres doubles (droite et gauche) sont Indiquées avec la
lettre D. La figure 6-7 est un example d’amarrage entre deux poulie de type different.

1) Make the yards. The simple yards A6, A7, B6, B7 and C4 are to be pointed towards the ends. Yards A4, A5 B4 and B5 support the outriggers
too. Drill small holes into these yards (as shown on drawing) through which the threads are to be pulled in order to fix the outriggers. This
outriggers must be made with a 2mm rod. Use eyelets to fasten them and Insert them into the yards (drawing 1 and 2 of fig. 3). Make the
two trees B9 and B10 as per fig. 3, detail drawing No. 3. Cut a groove of 1mm at one end of trees B9 and B10 to attach the yoke. Make the
yoke using a 1x4mm strip (detail drawing 4, fig. 3). Connect trees B9 and B10 with the yoke at tree B8 (see fig. 1, table 7 for exact positions).
2) Now fasten the yards, which are equipped with blocks, to the masts according to fig. 4 and 5. In sequence
-yards A4, A5, A6 and A7 to mast A
-yards B4, B5, B6 and B7 to mast B
-yard C4 to bowsprit C1.
3) Fasten on block type 3 (fig. 2) to point 106 onto the handrail at the poop. Fasten one block type4 (fig. 2) to point 94 above the
poopwinch. Fasten one block type 3 (fig. 2) to point 101 above the poop winch. On both sides of course.
4)Fasten flags No. 67 from point 97 to 133. Pennon No. 68 attach to a 2mm dowel and mount it on the top of mast B3.
5) Fastening the ropes. Fastening the rope network must be made according to numbering system. The ropes must be tight, but must not
create any strain on the masts. The knots must be glued. Do not try to put the rope network into a functioning mode. It is much better to
apply a drop of glue at the right places of the blocks and belaying pin racks. The correct course of the ropes is shown through numbers which
indicate the ropes, their course and the final point. The ropes finishing at the belaying pin racks are to be tied up according to the drawing
on figure No. 2. The final deck location has a number exceeding 200. The double shrouds (right and left) are marked with the letter D. Figure
6-7 shows how various blocks must be connected with each other.

1) Die Rahen hersteilen. Die einfachen Rahen A6, A7 B6, B7 und C4 werden zu den Enden hin zugespitzt. Die Rahen A4, A5, B4 und B5 stützen
auch die Ausleger. In diese Rahen kleine Löcher bohrern (wie auf der Zeichnung angegeben), durch welche die Kordel zum Fixirieren der
Ausleger gezogen wird. Diese Ausleger werden aus dem 2 mm Rundstab hergestellt, und von einem Ring mit Schaft gehalten der in die
Rahen selbst eingefügt wird (Zeichnung 1 und 2 auf Bild 3). Die zwei Bäume B9 und B10 laut Bild 3, Detailizeichnung 3, hersteilen. An einem
Ende der Bäume B9 und B10 einen Shnitt von 1 mm Durchmesser machen, un die Riemengabel anzubringen. Die Riemengabel wird aus der
1 x 4 mm Leiste hergestellt (Detailzeichnung 4, Bild 3). Die Bäume B9 und B10 werden mit der Riemengabel am Baum B8, an den zwai am
Bild 1, Tafel 7, angegebenen Punkten verbunden.
2) Nun die mit Blöcken versehenen Rahen laut Bild 4 und 5 an den Masten befestigen.
Nacheinander die Rahen A4, A5, A6 und A7 an den Mast A
die Rahen B4, B5, B6 und B7 an den Mast B
die Rahe C4 an den Bugspriet C1.
3)Einen Block vom Typ 3 (Bild 2) am Punkt 106 am Handlauf am Heck befestigen. Einen Block vom Typ 4 (Bild 2) am Punkt 94 über der
Heckwinde befestigen. Einen Block vom Typ 3 (Bild 2) am Punkt 101 über der Heckwinde befestigen. Natürlich auf beiden Seiten.
4) Die Flaggen Nr. 67 vom Punkt 97 bis 133 befestigen, den Wimpel Nr. 68 auf einem Runstab von 2 mm Durchmesser der an der Spitze des
Mastes B3 befestigt wird.
5) Befestigen der Taue:
Das Befestigen des Tauwerks erfolgt laut Numerierung. Die Taue müssen gespannt sein, dürfen aber keinen Zug auf die Masten ausüben;
die Knoten werden geklebt. Nicht versuchen, das Tauwerk funktionstüchting zu machen. Es ist besser die Taue mit einem Tropfern Kleber
an der richtigen Stelle an den Blöcken und an den Nagelbänken zu fixieren. Der Verlauf der Taue wird mit Nummern angegeben, welche die
Taue bezeichnen, ihren Verlauf und den Endpunkt. Die Taue, Jie an den Nagelbänken enden, werden laut der Zeichnung auf Bild 2
festgebunden. Der Endpunkt am Deck hat eine Numerierung über 200. Die doppelten Wanten (rechts und links) sind mit dem Buchstaben
D gekennzeichnet. Das Bild 6-7 zeigt wie zwei verschiedene Blöcke miteinander verbunden werden.
