Kobo configuration et téléchargement du questionnaire

Ajout du questionnaire MIRA sur une tablette

 A partir du menu en haut a droite de l’ecran d’accueil de l’application ODKCollect, sélectionner
“General Settings” :

 Cliquer sur URL et ajouter l’adresse suivante:

http://kc-kobo.iom.int/haiti_irma

 Cliquer sur Username et ajouter le nom suivant:

mira_irma_2017

 Cliquer sur Password et ajouter le mot de pass suivant:

1rm@_2017
  Revenir à l’ecran d’accueil et cliquer sur GET BLANK FORM

 Etre sûr que le questionnaire est sélectionné et cliquer GET SELECTED

 Le message suivant s’affiche, cliquer OK :

Remplissage de questionnaires MIRA

 A partir de l’écran principal, cliquer sur FILL BLANK FORM, cliquer sur le formulaire MIRA afin de
commencer à collecter des données.

 Une fois connectée au WIFI, la tablette se synchronisera et les formulaires remplis seront
supprimé de la tablette ;

From the 3 dots on top of the main screen select “General Settings”

Click on URL and enter:

click on Username and enter:

click on Password and enter:

1rm@_2017

Go back to the main screen and click on GET BLANK FORM

Ensure the form is selected and click on GET SELECTED

You will see the following message, click OK

From the main screen click on FILL BLANK FORM the form should be there, click on it to start collecting
data.

 Once the tablet connected to WIFI, form will be uploaded to the server automatically, and
deleted from the tablet.
