Introduction
Pour quun compresseur fonctionne normalement : il faudrait que le dbit
soit suffisant de telle faon que la pression la sortie du dernier impulseur
soit suprieure celle du circuit au refoulement, et ainsi lcoulement sera
sens unique de laspiration et ce jusquau refoulement.
Laugmentation de pression du gaz sera obtenue par la diminution de
volume la sortie de limpulseur, cest dire dans le diffuseur.
Le pompage est un phnomne fondamental propre aux compresseurs
dynamique.
Par exemple une aile davion sous incidence leve perd sa portance
et dcroche.
Dans le cas des turbines, on assiste un phnomne analogue.
Cette incidence leve sobtient petit dbit, le dcrochage
arodynamique ne permet plus de pousser le gaz, le compresseur tant
connect deux rseaux pressions diffrentes la haute pression
refoulement se vide dans la capacit basse pression de laspiration par
un dbit contre courant dans le compresseur.
La limite de pompage
Afin de protger le compresseur contre le pompage, il convient de dfinir
une limite de pompage, en dessous de la quelle le fonctionnement ne sera
pas autoris.
La ligne de pompage
2. Systme asservi
Ces systmes utilisent les vannes rgulatrices ainsi quun rgulateur qui
rpond aux techniques de lautomatique.
Pour la recirculation on dispose dun systme de refroidissement afin
dassurer un fonctionnement prolonger sans chauffement de la boucle
et du compresseur.
Le circuit anti-pompage est gnralement prlev aprs le refroidisseur,
install au refoulement et qui sert au fonctionnement normal.
Le systme de commande comprend, une instrumentation permettant de
mesurer le dbit traversant le compresseur, ainsi que la pression de
refoulement et daspiration.
Compte tenu du rapport de pression mesur, un dbit autoris est calculer
daprs la courbe de limite de pompage et cette valeur est cette valeur est
donne en consigne du rgulateur danti pompage.
Celui-ci reoit une mesure du dbitmtre et pilote la vanne.
CONCLUSION
Lanti-pompage assurera un bon coulement du gaz travers le
compresseur et ce en ramenant du gaz du refoulement vers laspiration par
le recyclage.
