1.3. Validation
d’un
module
au
rattrapage
Des
sessions
d’évaluation
de
rattrapage
sont
organisées
pour
chaque
année
du
programme
de
formation
en
utilisant
le
dispositif
SGES.
Elles
permettent
aux
étudiants
d’obtenir
les
crédits
ECTS
qui
leur
manquaient
pour
valider
complètement
leur
précédente
année
de
formation.
Les
principes
d’organisation
des
évaluations
de
rattrapage
sont
les
suivants
:
-‐
Au
cours
de
l’année
académique
2009-‐2010,
sont
organisées
les
évaluations
de
rattrapage
pour
le
programme
de
formation
de
l’année
2008-‐2009.
-‐
Les
évaluations
de
rattrapage
sont
programmées
au
cours
des
mêmes
semaines
dédiées
aux
évaluations
SGES
du
programme
2009-‐2010,
à
la
fin
de
chaque
semestre
académique.
-‐
Les
étudiants
concernés
passent
les
évaluations
de
rattrapage
en
même
temps
et
sur
les
mêmes
sujets
que
les
étudiants
de
l’année
2009-‐2010,
pour
se
voir
attribuer
les
crédits
prévus
pour
l’année
2008-‐2009.
1) Seuls
les
étudiants
qui
n’ont
pas
validé
60
crédits
ECTS
pour
leur
année
d’études
2008-‐2009
sont
autorisés
à
passer
les
évaluations
de
rattrapage.
2) Les
étudiants
concernés
passent
les
évaluations
de
rattrapage
pour
les
matières
pour
lesquelles
ils
n’ont
pas
obtenu
les
crédits
ECTS,
sous
réserve
qu’elles
soient
planifiées
pour
être
rattrapables
cette
année.
En
effet,
il
n’y
a
pas
d’examen
de
rattrapage
planifié
pour
les
matières
de
2008-‐2009
qui
ont
été
retirées
du
programme
2009-‐2010.
Dans
ce
cas,
les
étudiants
n’ayant
pas
validé
la
matière
supprimée
du
programme
se
voient
attribuer
automatiquement
les
crédits
correspondants.
Cependant,
le
module
est
alors
considéré
comme
officiellement
rattrapé.
La
présence
aux
évaluations
de
rattrapage
est
obligatoire
pour
les
étudiants
concernés.
L’étudiant
concerné
par
les
sessions
d’évaluations
de
rattrapage
doit
s’informer
auprès
de
la
direction
de
son
campus
de
la
planification
de
ces
évaluations
et
doit
se
présenter
normalement
à
ces
sessions.
Il
ne
recevra
aucune
convocation.
En
cas
d’absence
de
l’étudiant,
il
ne
sera
pas
programmé
d’autres
sessions
d’évaluation
de
rattrapage.
Dès
lors,
l’étudiant
absent
conserve
les
notes
précédemment
obtenues.
La
note
obtenue
à
une
évaluation
de
rattrapage
remplace
toutes
les
notes
précédemment
obtenues
pour
la
matière
concernée
(évaluations
continues
et
évaluation
SGES
de
2008-‐2009).
Elle
ne
peut
être
supérieure
strictement
à
10/20
et
le
Grade
ECTS
correspondant
ne
peut
donc
être
supérieur
à
E
pour
la
matière
concernée.
