Votre studio doit tre IMPECCABLEMENT PROPRE et VIDE DE VOS AFFAIRES

PERSONNELLES.

Voici la liste des tches effectuer pour votre dpart: Portez une attention
particulire tout bien nettoyer selon la liste afin dviter des frais de nettoyage.

Nettoyer la cuisine :

Nettoyer le comptoir de la cuisine, l'vier, le mur, la cuisinire induction, la hotte, le micro-

ondes/four, le rfrigrateur et conglateur (intrieur/extrieur) que vous aurez dgel la
veille. Nettoyez lintrieur et lextrieur des armoires de cuisine, lintrieur des tiroirs,
lintrieur de larmoire de la poubelle et des bacs poubelles ainsi que les portes (intrieur et
extrieur) de larmoire dentre et ses tablettes. Nettoyer la table et les chaises .

Nettoyer la salle de bain:

Nettoyer la pharmacie, les tagres et le miroir (des 2 cots), le lavabo et sa robinetterie, la

toilette (intrieur/extrieur) et la douche (y.c. le carrelage sur les murs (avec du savon
noir ou savon vaiselle) ,le bac douche, la robinetterie et le siphon de la douche
do vous avez enlev les cheveux auparavant). Laver le rideau de douche (dans la
machine 40 degrs, ne pas mettre dans le schoir). Rcurer le sol et nettoyer les joints en
silicone dans les angles . Nettoyer la porte (intrieur et extrieur).

Nettoyer votre chambre:

Passer laspirateur et la serpillre humide et non mouille sur le sol , dans les coins, sans
oublier en arrire du lit et lintrieur des 2 tiroirs du lit. Nettoyer les tagres de larmoire, les
interrupteurs et les cache-prises, les taches sur le mur (surtout les traces en-dessous de la
table de travail avec du savon noir que vous pouvez vous procurer la loge ou du savon
vaisselle) ainsi que la table de travail. Prendre les poussires du bureau rouge et de la
table de chevet (intrieur et extrieur) ainsi que les plinthes et la lampe. Laver les fentres
(intrieur),ainsi que le molleton (protge le housse-matelas) dans la machine laver
95 degrs (avec du linge blanc seulement) . Si votre couvre-matelas est sale, le laver
aussi. Des frais vous seront factur pour tout couvre-matelas et/ou molleton, souill, ou

Note : On qualifie d'usure normale les modifications qui s'observent en cas d'utilisation
normale et soigneuse du logement. Jaunissement des papiers peints par exemple

Si vous ntes pas prts lheure prvue et quun nouveau rendez-vous doit tre
fix, vous devrez vous acquitter dune taxe de 50.- pour le deuxime passage.
Si le nettoyage du studio ou de votre chambre ne correspondent pas notre
demande, les heures de nettoyage vous seront factures et la garantie peut tre
retenue jusqu ce que les mesures ncessaires soient prises.
 SI TOUT EST EN ORDRE, votre tat des lieux de sortie (formulaire rose) sera sign par
lintendant pour la libration de votre caution. Lorsque votre tat des lieux est valid par
lintendant, vous devez suivre les instructions qui vous ont t envoyes par votre
responsable de maison dans la confirmation de rsiliation.

Veuillez galement passer la Poste pour y annoncer votre changement d'adresse,

une semaine avant votre dpart, ET INFORMER LE CONTRLE DES HABITANTS DE VOTRE
DEPART. Vous pouvez vous prsenter au guichet, ou adresser une correspondance ou un
courriel (voir leur site web).

YOUR ROOM/STUDIO MUST BE VERY CLEAN FOR YOUR CHECK OUT AND ALL YOUR
BELONGINGS HAVE TO BE OUT OF IT.

Below is the list of things to be done before leaving: Please pay special attention to
clean everything according to the list in order to avoid cleaning fees.

Clean the kitchen:

Clean the kitchen counter, sink, wall, induction cooker, the cooker hood, microwave / oven,
refrigerator and freezer (inside / outside) that has been defrosted the day before. Clean
inside and outside the kitchen cabinets, inside the drawers and also inside the garbage
cabinet and the trash bins. Clean the inside of the entrance cabinet and its doors
(inside/outside). Clean the table and chairs.

Clean the bathroom :

Clean the medicine cabinet, shelves and mirror (2 sides), sink and faucets, shower (including
tiles (with black soap or dishes soap), taps, shower tray, and the drain that you
removed your hair before) and toilet (indoor, outdoor). Wash the shower curtain (washing
at 40 degrees in the washing machine, do not put in the dryer machine), and clean the floor,
including the silicone joints in the corners. Clean the door (inside / outside).

Clean the bedroom :

Vacuum and clean the floor with a damp mop (not wet) including corners, under the bed
and inside the 2 drawers of the bed. Clean the shelves of the cabinet, work table, chair, light
switch + outlet covers, red desk and bedside table (inside and outside) and stains on the
wall (especially traces below the working table with black soap that you can get to the
lodge or dish soap) . Take the dust on the skirting boards, the lamp and the windowsills.
Clean the windows (inside) and wash the duffel (protects Mattress) in the washing machine
at 95 degrees (with white cloth only). If your mattress cover is dirty, you should wash it too
and not only turn it upside down. A fee will be charged for any mattress cover and / or duffel,
stained, dirty or damaged. See charges for damaged items.

Note: Wear and tear describes the changes that are observed in normal and careful use
of housing. For example: Yellowing wallpaper, traces of wear on the walls and floors.

If you are not ready in time and if we have to arrange another appointment, you
will have to pay 50.- for the second check.

If the cleaning of your room or studio is not carried out according to the above instructions,
we will charge cleaning hours and the deposit can be kept until the necessary mesures are
taken.

IF EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER, your check-out form (pink form) will be signed by the
intendant for the release of your deposit. If your check-out is validated by the intendant, you
must follow the instructions in the mail that was sent to you by Luca Biello concerning the
termination of your contract.

Also go to the post office to tell them your change of address, a week before your departure
so that your mail can be forwarded to your new address INFORM the CONTROL OF RESIDENTS
OF your DEPARTURE.
