DEMONTAGE DU MOTEUR HYDRO-
STATIQUE
Placer la machine sur un sol horizontal. Le
moteur thermique doit être éteint.
Dévisser les vis d’union des demi-brides
(Fig. 1-rep. A et Fig. 2-rep. B) qui se trou-
vent des deux côtés du moteur hydrosta-
tique et débrancher les tuyaux.
Débrancher les tuyaux hydrauliques (Fig.
2-rep. C et Fig. 2-rep. D).
Débrancher les deux tuyaux (Fig. 2-rep. E)
du raccord en Té et retirer la connexion
électrique (Fig. 2 - rep. F).
Prendre les précautions nécessaires pour
soutenir le moteur hydrostatique (ex : char-
iot à la hauteur du moteur) et dévisser les
quatre vis de fixation (Fig. 3-rep. G).
Déposer le moteur hydrostatique.
MONTAGE DU MOTEUR HYDRO-
STATIQUE
Placer la machine sur un sol horizontal. Le
moteur thermique doit être à l'arrêt.
Monter le moteur hydrostatique dans sa
position d’origine en vissant les quatre vis
de serrage (Fig. 1-rep. A).
N.B. : lors de la repose du moteur hydro-
statique il convient de remplacer les ron-
delles accouplées aux vis.
Remonter les tuyaux avec leurs demi-
brides sur les côtés du moteur hydrosta-
tique (Fig. 2-rep. B et Fig. 3-rep.C).
Rebrancher les tuyaux hydrauliques (Fig.
2-rep. D et Fig. 3-rep. E).
Rebrancher les deux tuyaux (Fig. 3-rep. F)
et refaire la connexion électrique (Fig. 3-
rep. G).
Dans le cas de remplacement du moteur
hydrostatique vérifier que la tête du bou-
chon M18x1,5 (Fig. 4-rep. H) est en saillie
pour environ 2 mm.
Si la saillie est d’environ 5 mm, il faudra le
remplacer par le bouchon rep. 584569
et utiliser du téflon pour assurer l’é-
tanchéité sur le filet.

DISASSEMBLING HYDROSTATIC
MOTOR
Position the vehicle on level ground. The
engine must be switched off.
Unscrew the connecting screws of the half-
flange (Fig. 1-Ref. A and Fig. 2-Ref. B)
positioned on the two sides of the hydro-
static motor and disconnect the pipes.
Disconnect the hydraulic pipes (Fig. 2-Ref.
C and Fig. 3-Ref. D).
Disconnect the two pipes (Fig. 2-Ref. E)
from the “T” coupling and disconnect the
electric wiring (Fig. 2 - Ref. F).
Take suitable precautions to support the
hydrostatic motor (e.g.: trolley at motor
height) and unscrew the four fixing screws
(Fig. 3-Ref. G).
Disassemble the hydrostatic motor.

MOTOR
Position the vehicle on level ground. The
engine must be switched off.
Fit the hydrostatic motor in its original posi-
tion, tightening the locking screws (Fig. 1-
Ref. A).
N.B.: when the hydrostatic motor is
reassembled, it is advisable to replace the
screw washers.
Refit the two pipes with the relative half-
flange to the sides of the hydrostatic motor
(Fig. 2-Ref. B and Fig. 3-Ref.C).
Reconnect the hydraulic pipes (Fig. 2-Ref.
D and Fig. 1-Ref. E).
Reconnect the two pipes (Fig. 2-Ref. F)
and restore the electric wiring connections
(Fig. 2-Ref. G).
To replace the hydrostatic motor, check to
ensure that the M18x1.5 plug head (Fig. 4-
Ref. H) projects by about 2 mm.
If it projects by about 5 mm replace with a
plug Ref. 584569 and use Teflon to seal
the threading.

Posicionar la máquina sobre una superfi-
cie plana. El motor térmico debe estar
apagado.
Desenroscar los tornillos de conexión de
las bridas (Fig. 1 - Ref. A y Fig. 2 - Ref. B)
situados en los dos lados del motor hidros-
tático y desconectar los tubos.
Desconectar los tubos hidráulicos (Fig. 1 -
Ref. C y Fig. 2 - Ref. D).
Desconectar los dos tubos de la unión en
“T” (Fig. 2 - Ref. E) y desconectar la cone-
xión eléctrica (Fig. 2 - Ref. F).
Tomar las debidas precauciones para sos-
tener el motor hidrostático (ej: carro a la
altura del motor) y desenroscar los cuatro
tornillos de fijación (Fig. 3-Ref. G).
Desmontar el motor hidrostático.
MONTAJE DEL MOTOR
HIDROSTÁTICO
Posicionar la máquina sobre una superfi-
cie plana. El motor térmico debe estar
apagado.
Montar el motor hidrostático en su posición
original enroscando los 4 tornillos de fija-
ción (Fig. 1 - Ref. A).
NOTA: cuando se vuelve a montar el
motor hidrostático puede resultar oportuno
sustituir las arandelas acopladas en los
tornillos.
Volver a montar los dos tubos con las res-
pectivas semi-bridas en los costados del
motor hidrostático (Fig. 2 - Ref. B y Fig. 3-
Ref. C).
Volver a conectar los tubos hidráulicos
(Fig. 2 - Ref. D y Fig. 3 - Ref. E).
Volver a conectar los dos tubos (Fig. 3 -
Ref. F) y restablecer la conexión eléctrica
(Fig. 3 - Ref. G).
Si se sustituye el motor hidrostático con-
trolar que la cabeza del tapón M18x1,5
(Fig. 4-Ref. H) sobresalga aprox. 2 mm.
Si el saliente es de aprox. 5 mm sustituirlo
con un tapón ref. 584569
y utilizar teflón para sellarla rosca.
