Requisitos importantes

PELIGRO
Peligro de electrocución.
 Desconecte el compresor de la red eléctrica antes de iniciar los trabajos
de reparación.
 Ponga el interruptor principal en "O" (OFF - Apagado).
 Proteja el interruptor principal de una reconexión no autorizada.

ADVERTENCIA
El elevado peso del compresor y el probablemente limitado espacio
de montaje pueden provocar una situación peligrosa.
 Aclare previamente las circunstancias del lugar de montaje como las
condiciones de montaje, el equipo elevador, la iluminación y la limpieza.

 Tenga herramientas a mano. Para empujar la carcasa del motor hacia atrás
necesitará dos tornillos M10 con una rosca de 55 mm de longitud como mínimo.

3.1 Expulsar la presión del aparato

ADVERTENCIA
El compresor contiene refrigerante sometido a presión.

���  Retire las tapas protectoras de la toma de alta presión� (HP) así como de
la toma de baja presión� (LP) y conecte el manómetro.
 Retire la tapa protectora y abra la válvula.
 ¡Peligro de asfixia! Recoja el refrigerante conforme a lo prescrito. Deje
que la presión salga del todo.
Siga las instrucciones de uso del manómetro.

 Desmontaje

3.2 Evacuación del aceite

NOTA
El aceite no se debe desechar en la basura doméstica.
 Elimine el aceite usado de forma no perjudicial para el medio ambiente y
respete las disposiciones nacionales

 Desmonte el tornillo purgador de aceite y el tamiz para aceite.

Mientras sale el aceite puede efectuar las siguientes operaciones.

 Inspeccione el estado del aceite. Limpie el tamiz para aceite.

3.4 Desconexión de las conexiones eléctricas

 No dañe ningún cable o componente.
Las piezas dañadas se deben reparar o sustituir de inmediato.

 Desconecte las conexiones eléctricas en la caja de bornes.

 Desmonte el cuadro de bornes.
 Desconecte la conexión eléctrica del ventilador (sólo en la serie HA).
 Desmonte el ventilador (sólo en la serie HA).

3.5 Desmontaje de la carcasa del motor

ADVERTENCIA
El elevado peso del compresor así como de las piezas puede
provocar una situación peligrosa; existe riesgo de caída y de
aplastamiento.
 Utilice una base de apoyo.
Las piezas solamente se pueden desmontar si están bien alineadas.

 ¡ATENCIÓN! El aceite restante sale al abrir la carcasa. Ponga material absorbente

debajo de la zona y elimínelo de conformidad con el medio ambiente.

 Quite los tornillos.

 Empuje hacia atrás la carcasa del motor con los dos tornillos M10 (con rosca
hasta la cabeza). Desmóntelo después con las manos.

3.6 Desmontaje del estator

ADVERTENCIA
El elevado peso del estator puede provocar una situación peligrosa;
existe riesgo de caída y de aplastamiento.
 Tome las medidas adecuadas para que el estator se encuentre en una
posición segura. Impida que salga rodando.

 Quite el tornillo del estator.

 ¡PELIGRO! Peligro de electrocución. No dañe ningún cable o componente. Extraiga

el estator. Al hacerlo, retire también los cables con cuidado con la mano.
