Note:
- Harga tidak mengikat dan dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu
- Harga tidak termasuk biaya balik nama, pajak balik nama sertifikat, Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB), Iuran Pengelolaan Lingkungan (IPL) dan biaya-biaya lain diluar PPN
- Apabila terjadi Peraturan Pemerintah yang menyebabkan tarif PPN berubah, maka selisihnya di tanggung dan wajib dibayarkan pembeli pada saat pembayaran angsuran
- Cara pelunasan pembayaran DP 10% Cicil 15X hanya dapat melalui KPR Bank atau pelunasan Tunai Keras
- Cara pembayaran KPR harus melalui proses Bank dan hasil keputusan pengajuan KPR diterima atau ditolak merupakan kewenangan penuh dari pihak Bank
- Hasil pengajuan KPR merupakan kewenangan penuh dari pihak Bank yang ditunjuk dan harga belum termasuk Biaya KPR dan Biaya appraisal
- Sejak tanggal cetak PPJB, biaya PBB menjadi tanggung jawab Pihak Pembeli
- Nama, blok, nomor yang tercantum pada saat tanda jadi sudah pasti dan tidak dapat diganti
- Selanjutnya syarat dan ketentuan pembelian ini akan dituangkan dalam Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli sesuai perjanjian standar yang dimiliki oleh PT Summarecon Agung Tbk
- Apabila Pemesan telah melakukan pembayaran uang Tanda Jadi, uang muka dan angsuran pembayaran, dan Pemesan melakukan pembatalan atau pengunduran diri sebagai Pembeli
termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada proses Kredit Kepemilikan Rumah (KPR) yang ditolak, maupun pula dikarenakan Pembeli tidak memenuhi kewajiban pembayaran yang telah disepakati
dan atau ketentuan-ketentuan yang diatur dalam PPJB, maka seluruh uang tanda jadi menjadi milik Pengembang, sedangkan uang muka dan angsuran dipotong 50% dari seluruh
uang yang telah dibayarkan dan dipotong pula dengan pajak-pajak yang telah dibayarkan oleh Pengembang
- Apabila pemesan telah melakukan pembayaran Uang Tanda Jadi dan pemesan tidak melakukan / melunasi pembayaran DP1 selambat-lambatnya 14 hari (empat belas) hari dari tanggal
yang telah ditentukan, maka transaksi akan Batal dengan sendirinya dan Uang Tanda Jadi tidak dapat dikembalikan
- Tidak dapat mengalihkan haknya kepada pihak lain sebelum pembayaran lunas dan 6 bulan sejak tanggal PPJB
- Segala jenis pembayaran hanya ditujukan ke rekening atas nama PT Summarecon Agung Tbk atau no rekening yang tertera di dalam surat pemesanan, apabila terdapat pembayaran
di luar rekening atas nama PT Summarecon Agung Tbk ataupun diluar no rekening yang tertera di dalam surat pemesanan PT Summarecon Agung Tbk tidak bertanggung jawab
