Anyone can collect your parcel from the Pick-up point with the barcode found in
this email or in the My bpost app.

For how long will my parcel be kept at the Pick-up point?

Your parcel will be available at the Pick-up point until 30-12-2022. After that, it
will be returned to the sender. It is not possible to extend this period.

Can I have my parcel transferred to another Pick-up point?

Unfortunately, you can’t have your parcel transferred to another Pick-up point. To
always have your future parcels delivered to your preferred Pick-up point, we
recommend setting up your delivery preferences above.

Can I access a track & trace app to follow my parcel’s

progress?
If you already have the My bpost app installed, you can click on Parcel details
above. Otherwise, select the appropriate download link below.
