QU’IL SOIT DE PLUS RÉSOLU QUE la
section 3.1.10.3 soit remplacé par :

Toute motion cherchant l'adoption ou la
modification d'un règlement ou d’une
politique, ou à proposer toute action, à
l'exception des motions de procédure, doit
être reçue par la Présidente du Conseil et la
Présidente de la Fédération au moins une
(1) semaine avant la réunion ordinaire du
Conseil d'Administration afin d'être
considérée.
3.1.10.3.2
Aucune motion ne doit être considérée sans
avoir été préalablement examinée par le
comité concerné.
3.1.10.3.3
Nonobstant 3.1.10.3.1 et 3.1.10.3.2, un
point de discussion pour lequel un avis

BE IT RESOLVED THAT section 3.1.7.3
be replaced with:
3.1.7.3
All directors have the right to place items
on the agenda so long as they comply with
prescribed procedures and timelines.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT
section 3.1.10.3 be replaced with:
3.1.10.3.1
All motions seeking the adoption or
amendment of a bylaw or policy, or to
propose any action, excluding procedural
motions, must be received by the
Chairperson and President at least one (1)
week before a regular meeting of the Board
in order to be considered.
3.1.10.3.2
No motion shall be considered without
having been discussed beforehand by the
relevant committee.
3.1.10.3.3
Notwithstanding 3.1.10.3.1 and 3.1.10.3.2
an item of business for which a notice was
required to be given may be placed on the
agenda with a two-thirds vote of votes cast
at any time during the meeting.
3.1.10.3.4
an “emergency motion” and will be exempt
from notice provisions in the event that the
motion pertains to an event or issue that
