a) Work with a classmate. Choose a file and make a dialogue (you ask questions and your classmate gives the answers).
Your classmate plays the role on the file. You ask him / her a few questions and he / she will give full answers.
Look at exercises 3 and 4 for further examples and a few tips. The keys on pages 13 and 14 can also be useful !

b) Some exercises to prepare your oral exam. Choose a file and play the role. Describe the person using the first and
third persons (singular forms).

A) Present simple : example (key) : At 8.30 / From 8.30 until 9.15 Judy usually meets the HR assistants to discuss the selection procedures, the
management techniques and the skills assessment. She chairs the meeting from 8.30 to / until 9.15. Then, at 9.15 she is back in her office and she often
evaluates individual work performances. And then, from 9.45 to 10.30, she usually works on her computer and checks her emails. She also classifies the
candidates files with her colleagues. After that, she meets the new applicants from 10.30 until 11.30. She always interviews and screens the applicants
in the morning. Then, she generally goes to a meeting with the training manager to set up and develop training programmes for the personnel and to
coordinate the training of the office personnel. Their weekly meeting usually lasts from 11.30 to 12.30. On Mondays Judy doesnt have lunch in the company
