Comment jouer des arpèges avec une guitare VST?
Un arpège - ou «accord cassé» - est une technique de guitare
où les notes d'un accord sont jouées l'une après l'autre.
Pour jouer des arpèges réalistes avec une guitare VST, vous devez
mettez-vous dans la peau d'un guitariste, c'est-à-dire:
• Apprenez comment les accords de guitare sont exprimés (partie 1)
• Trouvez des progressions d'accords et des modèles de guitare (partie 2)
• Apprenez à programmer la guitare en MIDI (partie 4)

frettes de la guitare »(source: Wikipedia). Son des accords ouverts
lumineux, «ouvert» et plein de vie.
Cet eBook vous montre comment programmer la guitare la plus populaire
accords ouverts. Mais il existe de nombreuses formes possibles.
Important: pour jouer des accords ouverts avec Ample Sound Guitar, vous
vous devez vous assurer que le paramètre Capo Force est défini sur 0:

Les accords de barre sont, en bref, tous les accords qui sont situés au-delà de la
frette
numéro 3.
Les accords de barre sonnent plus serrés que les accords ouverts.
Encore une fois, il existe de nombreuses formes d'accord possibles et cet eBook

Tips and tricks
Choose the right sample library
Root
To play

arpeggios, Ample Sound provides players with three types of sample libraries :

• Finger library (the sound generated by the VST is therefore the sound generated by
fingers on a real guitar)

• Pick library (the sound generated by the VST emulates the sound of pick)

• Thumb library (it emulates the sound of thumb pick -> as of 2019, it’s only available on
Gibson Super Jumbo)

Do not use the Strum library for arpeggios (it will sound weird… unless you look for
specific sound signature).
Adjust velocities
Root
As a general
note, rule, if you program with the Finger library :

• Velocities should be between 40 and 80

• Root notes may have a higher velocities (+5 or +10) because they are played with the
thumb, which has more “strength” than the other fingers.

If you program with the Pick or the Thumb Pick library :

• Velocities should be around 50 – 90 >>

… but again, this a general advice. Every song is different.
