I would like to express my special thanks of gratitude to
my teacher DHAIRYA MA’AM as well as our Dean
Chandan Bala who gave me the golden opportunity to
do this wonderful project on the topic MY HOME which
also helped me in doing a lot of Research and i came to
know about so many new things I am really thankful to
them.

friends who helped me a lot in finalizing this project

Le dicton « Est ou Ouest, la maison est la meilleure » ​est vrai à bien des égards. La
maison offre affection et sécurité. Ma maison pour moi est le meilleur endroit au
monde, où je vis avec ma mère, mon père, un frère et une sœur. J'appartiens à une
famille de classe moyenne. Ma maison est un petit appartement confortable au 1er
étage à JODHPUR. Notre salon-salle à manger est décoré avec goût. Il dispose d'une
télévision, d'un canapé, d'un réfrigérateur et d'une table à manger. Les pièces de
décoration me rappellent nos visites à différentes pièces. Il y a deux chambres. L'un est
utilisé par mes parents et l'autre est partagé par nous trois. Non seulement la salle mais
la table d'étude sont également partagées par nous. La nôtre est une petite et heureuse
famille, où chaque membre a de la considération pour les besoins et le confort des uns
et des autres. Nous partageons également tous les travaux ménagers. Nos matinées sont
généralement chargées car tous sont très pressés de terminer leur travail. Mais que ce
soit l'heure du petit-déjeuner, du déjeuner ou du dîner, nous l'avons tous ensemble. À ce
moment-là, nous partageons tout ce que nous avons apprécié ou souffert pendant la
journée. Nous gardons toujours notre maison propre et bien rangée. Tout est rangé à sa
place. J'aime beaucoup ma maison.

TRANSLATION
The saying ‘East or West, home is the best’ is true in many ways. Home offers
affection and security. My home to me is the best place in the world, where I live
with my mother, father, a brother and a sister. I belong to a middle-class family.
My home is a cozy little flat on the 1st floor in JODHPUR. Our drawing-cum-
dining room is tastefully decorated. It has a TV set, a sofa, a refrigerator, and a
dining table. The decoration pieces remind me of our visits to different pieces.
There are two bedrooms. One is used by my parents and the other is shared by
the three of us. Not only the room but the study-table is also shared by us. Ours
is a small and happy family, where every member has consideration for the needs
and comforts of each other. We all share household work, too. Our mornings are
usually busy as all are in a great hurry to complete their work. But either it’s
breakfast, lunch, or dinner time, we all have it together. At that moment we share
all that we had enjoyed or suffered during the day. We always keep our home
clean and tidy. Everything is kept in its proper place. I like my home, very much.
