Admission Requirements
Pan African Institute for Institut panafricain pour le
Admission into the PhD program is on review of
documents. It is open to holders of Master’s
Degrees, with at least five (5) years of professional
experience. Candidates are also expected to have
scored at least 60 percent on the Master’s thesis
defended.
Application Submission Requirements
 A receipt of 20,000 CFA francs paid for the
study of file;
 A covering letter (a letter of motivation);
 A certified true copy of the master’s degree and a
copy of the transcript;
 A medical certificate not more than three months
old;
 A copy of birth certificate;
 A detailed CV and two passport-sized
photographs;
 Back-up documents on professional experience;
 A soft copy of the Master's thesis;
 An application form duly filled by the candidate
(to be downloaded from the PAID website).
The application must be deposited at the General
Secretariat of PAID or sent by registered mail with
acknowledgment of receipt at the following address
P.O. Box 35527, Yaoundé, Cameroon.
The fee for the study of file will be paid at the
PAID’s General Secretariat or in PAID’s account at
the National Financial Credit Bank S.A, account
number 10025 00020 16401024102 59 Code
SWIFT: NAFCCMCY.

Conditions d’admission
L’admission au cycle d’études Doctorales se fait sur
étude de dossiers et est ouverte aux candidats
titulaires d’un Master dans toute discipline avec au
moins une moyenne de 12/20 dont au moins 13/20
pour le mémoire et au moins 05 années
d’expérience professionnelle.
Composition du dossier de candidature
 Un reçu de paiement des frais d'étude de dossier
de 20.000 FCFA ;
 Une lettre de motivation ;
 Une copie certifiée conforme du diplôme et une
photocopie du relevé des notes ;
 Un certificat médical de moins de 3 mois ;
 Une copie d’acte de naissance ;
 Un CV détaillé et deux photos 4x4 ;
 Les justificatifs de l’expérience professionnelle ;
 Une copie numérique du mémoire de Master ;
 Un formulaire de candidature dument rempli par
le candidat à télécharger sur le site web de l’IPD.
Le dossier de candidature doit être déposé au
Secrétariat général de l’IPD contre récépissé ou
envoyé sous pli recommandé avec accusé de
réception à l’adresse suivante : B.P. 35527
Yaoundé, (Cameroun).
Les frais d’étude de dossier doivent être versés au
Secrétariat général de l’IPD ou dans le compte
bancaire de l’IPD à la “National Financial Credit

Caractéristique du Doctorat
Ce Doctorat atteste de la capacité de sa détentrice
ou son détenteur à réaliser de manière autonome des
recherches scientifiques originales de haut niveau
ayant une incidence sur le développement concerté
et durable dans le respect de la dignité humaine, de
la sauvegarde de l’espèce animale et végétale.
Lieu et durée de la formation
La formation doctorale dure trois (03) ans et se
déroule dans tout le réseau IPD.
