i forgot my apple id and password please help

l'ecran de mon telephone etait cassé je l'ai gardé dans la maison peut de temps
apres je suis allé le reparer mais il etait desactiver donc ils on restauré. apres
la restauration je me suis rendu compte que j'avais écris mon identifiant et mon
mot de passe dans le note de mon téléphone. pourtant je ne connais pas par cœur mon
identifiant ni mon mot de passe. svp surprimé mon ancien compte afin que je puisse
avoir de nouveau accès a mon telephone

Our company employee left the office. We couldn't get his Apple ID and password for
the iPhone. the device is locked to the password. help us to delete his old account
for a new use.

i bought this phone from an online shopping site, they give me the phone and the
bill, but when i got the phone, the apple id was logged in on this device. I erased
the device to remove this Apple ID, but now it's stuck in activation lock. I
contacted the original owner of the device, unfortunately he did not respond. I
spent a lot of money on it, please turn off my activation lock. I have the original

j'ai acheté ce téléphone à partir d'un site d'achat en ligne, ils me donnent le
téléphone et la facture, mais quand j'ai reçu le téléphone, l'identifiant Apple
