son tour de 1'empilement de cinq loges ou tombes separees les unes des autres par un dallage soigne, cimente et enduit. Au fond de l'une des fosses, deux fosses inviolees ont ete trouvees: les defunts sont enveloppes dans des sacs de cuir; les pieces de bronze plackes dans leur bouche permettent de dater ces s.epultures de 1'epoque nabateenne; parmi les nombreuses trouvailles faites dans ce tombeau, signalons deux bracelets, un pendentif en or et un sceau-cylindre bien anterieur a
1'epoque nabateenne et r6utilis6 comme element d'un collier. Au total, les r6sultats de cette premiere campagne sont tres prometteurs; ils repondent tout a fait a l'objectif qui etait assign6 a cette fouille, a savoir 1'evolution d'un village avec son sanctuaire et ses terroirs entre le jrr si6cle avant J.-C. et l'epoque byzantine.
