Contexte de ltude

Vous venez dtre recrut comme jeune ingnieur dans une socit qui
vient dtre sollicite par la socit MOMENTIVE pour dvelopper une
crash box en composite (voir la demande du client).
Votre socit a dj rpondu ce genre de demande en dveloppant
deux crash box en composite (voir les crash boxes dveloppes).
Votre travail consiste rpondre MOMENTIVE en proposant une
gomtrie optimale de la crash box en tenant compte des contraintes
de fabrication imposes. Pour cela, vous utiliserez la simulation
numrique laide du logiciel PAMCRASH.
Les performances des crash box seront testes laide dun essai de
flexion 3 points (voir test de qualifications de la crash box).

Comments:
1. The tool length would be preferably at 300 or 400 mm, which would fit the two presses at TRAC =>good capacity
