Les Commandes Essentielles du MS-DOS
1. Introduction :
Le systme MS-DOS est fourni avec un nombre rduit de commandes,
essentiellement destines la gestion des disques, des fichiers, .

Prparer une Disquette (Formatage) :
La commande Format :
Rle : Formattage de disque / disquette.
Type : externe.
Syntaxe : Format unit: [/s]
Avec : /s : avec copie des fichiers systmes.
Exemples :
C:\>Format a:
C:\>Format a: /s
C:\>Format c:

Cration des fichiers :
La commande Edit :
Rle : Edition (cration et modification) de fichier texte.
Type : Externe.
Syntaxe : Edit [unit:][Chemin]nom_fichier
Exemples :
C:\>Edit x.txt
C:\>Edit c:\dos\x.txt

Copier des fichiers :
La Commande Copy :
Rle : Copie de fichier(s).
Type : Interne.
Syntaxe : Copy [unit:][Chemin]nom_fichier [unit:][Chemin][nom_fichier]
Exemples :
C:\>Copy x.txt D:
C:\>Copy c:\dos\x.txt c:\textes
C:\>Copy x.txt a:\y.txt
C:\>Copy a:\x.txt
Remarque : On peut copier un groupe de fichiers, avec une seule commande, en
utilisant le symbole *.

Rle : Afficher l'arborescence d'un rpertoire.

Rle : Suppression de fichier(s).
Type : Interne.
Syntaxe : Del [unit:][Chemin]nom_fichier

Rle : Affichage du contenu de fichier.
Type : Interne.
Syntaxe : Type [unit:][Chemin]nom_fichier
Exemples :

5. La commande Edit :
Rle : Edition (cration et modification) de fichier texte.
Type : Externe.
Syntaxe : Edit [unit:][Chemin]nom_fichier
Exemples :
C:\>Edit x.txt
C:\>Edit c:\dos\x.txt

Remarque :
Les disquettes source et destination doivent tre de mme format et de mme capacit.
3. La commande Scandisk :
Rle : Vrification de l'tat du disque / disquette et correction ventuelle des erreurs
physique.
Type : externe.
Syntaxe : Scandisk [unit_source:]
Exemples :
C:\>Scandisk a:
C:\>Scandisk c:

2. La commande IPConfig :
Rle : Indique la configuration IP de systme dexploitation ainsi que le nom de la
connexion au rseau locale.
Type : interne.
Syntaxe : IPConfig
Exemples :
C:\>IPConfig ;
C:\>IPConfig /All
3. La commande Ping :
Rle : Envoie une requte sur lhte spcifier par une adresse IP jusqu interruption.
Type : interne.
Syntaxe : Ping IP
Exemples :
C:\>Ping 192.168.1.1

4. La commande Help :
Rle : affiche toutes les commandes du MS DOS et fournit des informations des
information daide sur les commandes.
Type : interne.
Syntaxe : Help ou Help [Commande]
Exemples :
C:\>Help
C:\>Help CLS
5. La commande Exit :
Rle : Quitter linvit de commande et retourn au mode graphique du systme
dexploitation.
Type : interne.
Syntaxe : Exit
Exemples :
C:\>Exit
