TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The prices are inclusive of current VAT and octroi
1 charges wherever applicable. Any statutory change
will be on customer account
Standard installation charges are extra @ Rs.500/-
2 for Window Room AC and Rs. 1500/- for split
airconditioners.

No civil or electrical work is included in the

standard installation charges. Standard installation
also does not include any stand required to keep

the condensing unit, wire mesh if required etc.
Under standard installation of splits inter connecting
piping upto 4 mtrs and any additional pipe required
shall be charged extra.

4 Payment should be made in advance in the name

of Voltas Ltd or the dealer as the case may be.
Validity of the contract will be for the period 1st

April 2010 to 31st Dec 2010.
 Any revision in the prices due to change in input
6 costs etc. announced in the market leads to
reworking of these prices.
7 Delivery : 6-12 dys from the date of receipt of order and cheque.
8 ID card to be accompanied with order
9 Voltage stabilisers will be supplied at an additional cost.

Warranty : 1 year comprehensive warranty on the
machine from the date of invoice incase of AC's,

WD's and WC's. Additional 4 years warranty on
compressors incase of AC's.
