deu tsch Eurograft M ist ein Verfahren zur Behand-
lung depigmentierter Hautareale, das nach
einer speziellen Vorbehandlung der betrof-
fenen Hautareale eingesetzt werden kann.
Die für diese Verfahren notwendigen Zel-
len werden durch Zupfen von anagenen
Kopfhaaren des Betroffenen gewonnen.
Die äussere Haarwurzelscheide der Haar-
follikel enthält neben hautbildenden
Zellen ebenso Vorläufer für melaninbil-
denden Zellen. Diese werden durch ein
spezielle Aufbereitung von der Haarwurzel
abgelöst und und anschliessend auf die
vorbereitenten depigmentierten Hautarea-
le aufgebracht.

Les cellules nécessaires à ce procédé sont
extraites de cheveux anagènes déracinés
de la personne concernée. La gaine épithé-
liale externe du follicule pileux contient
en plus des cellules épithéliales également
des cellules progénitrices des cellules
produisant la mélanine. Celles-ci sont
détachées par un traitement spécial de la
racine du cheveu et déposées ensuite sur
les zones cutanées dépigmentées.

ottengono da capelli del paziente prelevati

delle radici dei capelli contiene, oltre alle
cellule che vanno a formare la pelle, anche
i precursori delle cellule che producono
la melanina (melanociti). Con un proce-
dimento speciale si isolano queste cellule
dalla radice del capello e successivamente
si applicano alla zona cutanea depigmen-
tata.
