The subscriber hereby declares:

1. To have read the Constitutional Charter, the Statute and the Internal Regulations, which with this deed are signed, to share and accept them and to commit themselves to observe them fully and
without any reservation and undertakes to respect and observe all the directives issued by the Council of Presidency and by the Executive Department;
2. Not to join organizations. Associations, organizations or groups whose aims and inspirations are in contrast with the statutes of the UNDC
3. Acknowledges that any resigning or resigning member is obliged to immediately return all documents provided to him by UNDC, ( such as cards, certificates, decrees, car emblems and stickers,
and any other items received, as they are granted on loan use and therefore remain the property of the UNDC Organization.
4. I solemnly undertake not to use the name of the UNDC for purposes not in line with the mission of the statute and not to undertake activities without agreeing with the international director.

Oath of Mutual Protection and Support

I hereby affirm that I shall support the mission and goals of UNDC and comply with all of their guidelines. And I solemnly pledge, in coordination
with UNDC, and within my ability, resources and influence to aid another UNDC member who is in jeopardy.

NOTE
1. The request for a formal application for membership, addressed to the UNDC, must be written by the applicant as a machine or written in block letters clearly.
2. The signatures must be placed in a clear and legible manner.

The present application must be attached under penalty of inadmissibility:

A) Photography, card format, for document use; B) legible and clear integral photocopy of your valid identification document (passport-identity card); C) detailed and signed curriculum vitae; D)
copies of any supporting documents in relation to the position of the application form; E) certificate of pending charges and of the certificate of the general register for use in rehabilitation.

The application must be submitted under one’s own responsibility in one of the following ways:
1. By postal service with registered mail to the address indicated on the application or on the website in the contact section;
2. Personally by the aspiring candidate at the nearest branch of the UNDC by appointment (Italy and Abroad);
By e-mail e-mail addressed to the Secretariat, attaching the complete documentation, which can be supplemented, if required, with points 1.and 2.
