Il est dit que la meilleure pratique est de faire cent prosternations, la pratique moyenne est d'en faire autant que l'on peut, et la
moins bonne d'en faire sept. Les meilleurs pratiquants accompliront la prière d'aspiration tous les jours sans interruption, les moyens
tous les mois ou tous les ans, les moins bons la feront occasionnellement. Si on récite cette prière ainsi, en se tournant vers l'ouest,
l'esprit concentré, en joignant les mains avec dévotion envers Amitabha et son champ pur, il ne fait aucun doute que tous les
obstacles seront dissipés en cette vie et que l'on renaîtra en Sukhavati dans la prochaine. C'est ce qui est déclaré dans les sutras d'Ödo
et de Zhingködo, dans le Pema Karpo, le Chime Ngadra, et autres textes.

Cette prière a été écrite par le moine Raga Asya. Puisse-t-elle permettre à de nombreux êtres de renaître en Sukhavati.

It is best if you can make one hundred prostrations, middeling is to make as many as possible,
