Ce billet est émis par France 2023, sous le contrôle de Rugby World Cup Ltd (RWCL). En cas
de conflit avec le présent résumé, les dispositions des conditions générales (« CGV ») et/
ou particulières de vente (« CPV ») prévalent. 1. Tout porteur d’un billet est réputé avoir lu
les CGV, les CPV et le règlement intérieur unifié (tickets.rugbyworldcup.com) et les avoir
acceptés. Leur non-respect par le porteur pourra conduire à l’annulation du billet, au refus
d’accès au stade ou à l’expulsion du stade. 2. Seules les personnes munies d’un billet valable
imprimé (e-ticket) ou présenté sur mobile (m-ticket) et d’un justificatif d’identité pourront
accéder au stade. Tout billet partiellement imprimé ou endommagé ne pourra être considéré
comme valable. 3. Tout porteur s’engage à respecter les mesures de sécurité imposées par
France 2023. L’accès au stade pourra être refusé à toute personne en possession d’un des
objets interdits dans les CGV. 4. Toute sortie du stade est définitive. 5. Aucun billet ne sera
remboursé, en dehors de cas prévus dans les CGV ou exigés par la loi. 6. il est strictement
interdit, sauf accord exprès et préalable de France 2023 et/ou RWCL, de vendre ce billet ou
de l’utiliser à des fins promotionnelles. 7. Il est strictement interdit de réaliser au sein et à
proximité du stade toute activité commerciale non autorisée (dont ambush marketing). 8.
Le porteur autorise gracieusement France 2023 et/ou RWCL à utiliser son image et sa voix
captés à l’occasion du match, sur tous supports et dans le monde entier. 9. France 2023 et/ou
RWCL décline toute responsabilité face aux événements dommageables indépendants de sa
volonté, survenant lors de l’événement.

Rules and Regulations (tickets.rugbyworldcup.com) (together the “Documents”) and agreed to
comply with them. This ticket may be cancelled and you may be refused admission or ejected
from the Venue if you breach the Documents. 2. A valid ticket, either printed ticket (e-ticket)
or mobile ticket (m-ticket) and a proof of identity must be presented at the Venue for the
Match indicated. Any ticket that is only partly printed or damaged, will not be considered as
valid. 3. Any person entering the stadium agrees to respect the security measures imposed by
France 2023. You may not bring into the Venue items which are prohibited under the T&Cs. 4.
No readmission. 5. This ticket is non-refundable save as set out in the T&Cs or as required by
law. 6. It is strictly forbidden to sell any tickets or to use the ticket for promotional purposes,
without first securing the express consent of France 2023 and/or RWCL. 7. You must not engage
in ambush marketing or commercial activity within or around the Venue. 8. You agree to waive
all rights to your voice and image likeness worldwide. 9. France 2023 and/or RWCL disclaims
liability for any damage and/or incidents beyond its control that occur during the event.
