Pour illustrer ce nouveau départ, ArjoWiggins revêt ses nouvelles couleurs.
Notre logo sera l’ambassadeur de notre créativité pour les métiers de l’image et le témoin de notre expertise
dans ceux de la sécurité. Issu de notre histoire, le carré demeure mais change de teinte : il dépose le bleu blanc
rouge aux harmonies patriotiques du temps de la fusion des cultures pour se parer des couleurs de ciel d’orage
évoquant les matins de la Création et le bleu profond des encres marines qui connaissent les trésors enfouis. Il
parle aux métiers que nous voulons servir : l’édition de rareté, la communication des émotions, la mise en gloire
des images et des noms, l’enchantement des cadeaux, l’art de créer et l’art de vivre, la protection et la vigilance
auprès de la vie, des valeurs et de l’identité.
Pour traduire l’aboutissement d’une fusion désormais achevée, les deux mots Arjo et Wiggins ont été réunis pour
ne plus faire qu’un. Une majuscule est conservée à chacun des deux mots pour rappeler la richesse des
individualités et des cultures.
Enfin, la typographie évolue, elle aussi vers l’Optima, une des premières polices créées, reflétant la maîtrise de
notre métier de papetier alliée à l’élégance.

To illustrate this new beginning, ArjoWiggins is a adopting a new visual identity.

symbolising the high technology of the security solutions we offer. The square, a reference to our historical
legacy, remains, but changes colour. The "patriotic" shades of red white and blue, dating from the merging
of our cultures, have been replaced by colours reminiscent of stormy skies evoking the dawn of Creation
and the inky depths of the sea, guarding their buried treasure. It speaks to the businesses we wish to serve:
exclusive publishing, the communication of emotions, image and brand enhancement, the joy of giving
and receiving, the arts of creation and lifestyles, protection and vigilance upholding life, values and
identity.
To recognise the fact that our merger is now complete, the words Arjo and Wiggins have been joined
together. Each keeps its capital letter to remind us of the diversity and wealth of cultures the name
encompasses.
Lastly, our corporate typeface is changing too. It will now be Optima, one of the earliest of all fonts,
combining our expertise in papermaking with timeless elegance.
