Le BENTONIL® C2 est une bentonite sodique à haut rendement qui permet BUSINESS SEGMENT
de fabriquer, par dispersion dans l’eau, des suspensions stables présentant FOUNDRY & FUNCTIONAL
des propriétés particulières telles que viscosité, thixotropie, pouvoir ADDITIVES EMEA
colmatant, rétention d'eau.

Applications
Fluides de forage pour fondations profondes, forage horizontal dirigé,
tunnelier et fluide de lubrification en fonçage.

Dosage recommandé : 40kg/m3 d’eau. BUSINESS SEGMENT

L’eau utilisée sera une eau douce, de préférence du réseau. FOUNDRY & FUNCTIONAL
ADDITIVES EMEA
En fonction des caractéristiques du sol et de la viscosité souhaitée, ce dosage
pourra être ajusté directement sur site.
Afin d’optimiser le rendement du BENTONIL® C2 il est nécessaire de respecter
une vitesse de malaxage suffisante et un temps d’hydratation adapté.
Les performances de cette bentonite peuvent être améliorées par l’ajout
d’additif de notre gamme (ex. : SC VIS, BENTOCRYL® 86).

Stocker le produit à l'abri de l'humidité dans l'emballage d'origine, fermé.
Il peut résulter d'un stockage prolongé dans de mauvaises conditions (emballage
mal fermé, humidité) une diminution des performances du produit.
