Dear Friend,

In September of 2011, International Baptist Church at Dumaguete, Philippines, held her first missions
conference with the theme, “He Saved Others.” For the occasion, I wrote the words for a new song to
which one of the wives on our missions team, Lacey MacRae, wrote the music. We believe that God
used the song in a great way during our conference, and we want to make it available to you as a
“thank you” gift from Team Indo-Philippine.

The Lord has surely blessed us in a mighty way since we started International Baptist Church in
January 2011. We know that the fruit that He is allowing us to bear is a direct result of the faithful
prayer and financial support of so many others who make it possible for us to serve in Dumaguete,
Negros Oriental, Philippines.

As our team continues to serve the people here, we know that God has brought us here to train men
and women for the ministry. We have a desire to see churches multiplied. To that end, we are ready
to start a Bible college through International Baptist Church from which we plan to teach and to train
pastors, missionaries, and full-time Christian servants. We are confident that now is the time for the
Philippines to have a college like ours to offer the same type of training that those of us on Team
Indo-Philippine have received through Hyles-Anderson College.

Hyles-Anderson College was started in 1972, 40 years ago this year. We are excited to announce that,
this year, another Hyles-Anderson College will open its doors. Later this year, we will begin training
Hylanders in Asia through Hyles-Anderson College of the Philippines. Please pray that God will enable
our team to transfer to many men and women the same sound doctrine, practical training, and godly
principles that Dr. Jack Hyles and the faithful men and women who worked at Hyles-Anderson College
and First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana, instilled in us.

We want to have the best start possible for our new college. We anticipate that many students will
apply to come to Hyles-Anderson College of the Philippines and that many of them will need help in
order to do so. As a graduate of Hyles-Anderson College, I have thanked God many times through the
years for the many people who gave sacrificially for the start of my alma mater; many of you,
likewise, owe the same debt of gratitude. Eternity will tell the story of what those generous people
have accomplished through their unselfish act of giving in order that pastors, missionaries, and school
teachers could be trained.
Today, we need others who will be willing to once again make a generous gift to allow us to give the
Filipino people that same opportunity. There are two ways you can help. First, we are in need of
“Founding Donors” who will give a one-time monetary gift to help us get the college off to a good
start and to set its course for a long and fruitful ministry. Secondly, we need “Student Sponsors” who
will commit to giving on a monthly basis so that we may give to qualified students the financial
assistance that many will need in order to attend classes.

Two accounts have been set up through Fundamental Baptist Missions International (FBMI) for this
purpose. For those who wish to be a “Founding Donor” and give a one-time gift toward the start of
Hyles-Anderson College of the Philippines, please send your gift, payable to FBMI, with the number
6311 in the memo field. A plaque bearing the name of each donor who gave a gift of $100 or more
will later be displayed to commemorate those who were “Founding Donors.”

For those who would like to help make it possible for students to attend Hyles-Anderson College of
the Philippines as a “Student Sponsor,” another account has been set up at FBMI. Please be sure to
include the number 6399 in the memo field of your checks made payable to FBMI. We need a
monthly commitment of $100 for each student that we offer assistance to. This will help them to
have boarding, food, transportation, materials, as well as cover their tuition and fees as necessary. A
minimum of 80% of the monies that come from Student Sponsors will go directly to the expenses of
the students. 20% will be used for processing as well as helping to allow the college to grow and offer
more to our students.

If you would sponsor a student for $100 monthly, it would be a tremendous help. Maybe you can join
others to help partially. Any amount you give toward the training of young men and women for the
ministry will reap eternal riches. Please visit our college website, www.hylesandersonph.com to learn
more about how we are structuring our college and how the Financial Assistance program works.

The knowledge of our college starting is going public now, and we anticipate many who will apply but
will only be able to come if we can offer some financial help. We believe that many will be on a
waiting list, waiting for us to raise the support to allow them to attend school. Would you please
consider being a sponsor today?

Please pray as we labor together in “saving others” as Jesus did! We hope you enjoy the song and
find it useful for your own purposes. May God bless you as you continue to serve the Lord where you
are.

That all the world may know,

Randy DeMoville
