Chers Parents,

Cette année, notre école organise un voyage au ski. Nous serons à nouveau accueillis par la villa S. Pio
X à Carezza dans les Dolomites. Le voyage est ouvert pour l’école primaire (à partir de la Year 4) et
l’école secondaire.

Nous partirons en car le samedi 28 janvier au soir, de la chapelle du couvent Ste Anne à Boitsfort et
nous reviendrons le samedi 04 février au matin à l’école, rue Général Leman.

Le prix de ce séjour est de 1200€. Le prix comprend le voyage aller-retour en car, le séjour en pension
complète, l’assurance, 5 jours d’école de ski tous niveaux et le forfait remontées mécaniques ainsi que
le matériel de ski (chaussures, skis, bâtons, casques). Les places sont limitées à 40; les familles qui
paieront le montant dû sur le compte de l’école le plus tôt auront la priorité.

Les élèves seront encadrés par des moniteurs professionnels et par nos professeurs.

Ce voyage fait partie de la tradition de notre école et nous espérons que beaucoup de nos élèves
pourront y prendre part. Vous trouverez ci-dessous un formulaire à retourner à Florence Henry
(Leman) / Lisa Wingate (Froissart) au secrétariat de l’école au plus tard le vendredi 28 octobre.

Dear Parents,

This year our school is organising a ski trip. We will again be hosted by the Villa S. Pio X in Carezza
in the Dolomites The trip is open to Primary (from Year 4) and Secondary school.

Our bus will leave on Saturday evening, 28 th January, from our church of St. Anne’s in Boitsfort and
we shall be back at the school (Général Leman building) on Saturday morning, 4 th February.

The price for the trip is 1200€. The price includes the trip by bus, full board, insurance, 5 days of ski
school for all levels, the ski passes and the rental of ski material (boots, skis, poles, helmets). Places
are limited to a maximum of 40; families paying the full amount to the school account first will have
priority.

Students will be taken care of by professional instructors and by some of our teachers.

This trip is already part of the school’s traditions and we hope that many of our pupils can participate.
Please find enclosed an application form to give back to Florence Henry (Leman) / Lisa Wingate
(Froissart) at the school office no later than Friday 28 October.
