• Il est important de vérifier chaque détail : fuites d’eau,
état du sol, des murs et du plafond, bon
fonctionnement des serrures et des appareils…
• Il sera également utile de vérifier la facture d’eau et de
chauffage du locataire précédent.
• Pour information : les logements des résidences du
CROUS ne sont pas équipées de draps et de matériel
de cuisine.

Si vous ne prévenez pas votre loueur dans les délais,

continuer à le payer.

Pour les étudiants en résidence CROUS :
Tous les contrats de location du CROUS s’arrêtent au 31
août de l’année académique en cours.* Le renouvellement
n’est pas automatique.
Veillez à respecter le règlement intérieur dans les
résidences étudiantes.
* Exceptionnellement en 2023-2024, certaines résidences
réquisitionnées pour les JO 2024 proposeront un bail
jusqu’au 30 juin 2024.

Aide financière de la CAF

Si vous êtes éligibles à l’aide au logement de la CAF, vous
devez indiquer l’adresse du logement et les
caractéristiques.
Vous pouvez simuler votre aide au logement sur le site
de la CAF.
Le montant de l’allocation varie en fonction de vos
ressources et du montant de votre loyer.
L’aide n’est pas rétroactive, vous devez la demander dès
la signature du bail. Elle est versée à partir du 2ème mois
d’occupation. Attention, tout changement de votre
situation devra être déclaré à la CAF au plus vite.
Pour information
• L’APL est destinée à tous les locataires d’un logement
ayant fait l’objet d’un accord entre le propriétaire et
l’Etat.
• Le logement doit être votre résidence principale, être
en bon état (conditions sanitaires) et faire au moins
9m² si vous êtes seul et 16m² si vous vivez en couple.
