5:30 am Assembly time/Arrival at the area

5:30 am – 6:00 am Preconference/ giving instructions to fellow students

6:00 am – 7:00 am Receive endorsement

7:00 am – 7:30 am Assign fellow students with their patients, Prepare medications

7:30 am – 8:30 am Take Vital Signs, Rounds with the nurse, Giving due medications

8:30 am – 10:00 am Bedside care, incidental teachings

10:00 am – 11:30 am Giving due medications, Take Vital Signs, Documentation

11:30 am – 12:00 pm Lunch Break

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Report back to the area, Rounds

1:00 pm – 2:30 pm Take Vital signs, Documentation, Nurse’s notes, Charting

2:30 pm – 4:30 pm Ward class, Post test

4:30 pm – 5:00 pm Bedside care

5:00 – 5:30 pm Give instructions to fellow students for the next day

5:30 pm – 6:00 pm Do aftercare, Post-shift of duty
