J'essaye depuis plusieurs mois de contacter le bureau de la réglementation générale et de la
circulation routière de la préfecture du Nord car il détienne mon permis de conduire depuis plus de 5
mois mais je n'ai aucunes réponses de leur part. J'ai appelé une cinquantaine de fois la préfecture à
ce numéro : 03.20.30.59.59 afin qu'il me redirige vers le service de la circulation routière mais il
m'indique que le bureau est occupé à chaque fois (à se demander si quelqu'un s'occupe réellement
du service). D'autre part, j'ai envoyé plusieurs mails au service afin qu'il puisse m'aider sur la
situation mais, ici aussi, pas de réponse de leur part. Je me permets donc de faire ce litige afin
d'améliorer la situation.
