Verbs ending in - e + consonant + - er

With some verbs composed of - e + consonant + - er, such as acheter


(to buy), some accent changes occur. An accent grave is added all
subject pronouns except Nous & Vous.

Ex : jachte I buy nous achetons we buy


tu achtes you buy vous achetez you buy
il/elle achte he/she buys ils/elles achtent
they buy

repeat), changes may also occur. The aigu changes to an grave in all
subject pronouns except Nous & Vous.
