Pourtant il faudra vous en accommoder si vous choisissez de vous faire soigner dans un hépital privé. Cela dit, une fois la question d'argent réglée, vous aurez accés a des soins et des traitements d’excellente qualité. Parce que c'est un peu dommage de voir le budget des prochaines vacances passer dans une bonne gripe, rassurez-vous : si vous ne possédez pas une assurance médicale susceptible de rembourser les cotts le plus souvent tés élevés des hépitaux privés, sachez que le systéme de santé hongkongais public jouit d’une trés bonne réputation et offre une multitude de services médicaux de haute qualité et & un faible coat. Ainsi, ds lors que vous possédez une carte d'identité hongkongaise vous aurez accés aux soins et traitements des hépitaux publics contre le paiement d'un modeste forfait hospitalier. De nombreux petits Frangais ont ainsi vu le jour dans les hépitaux publics de Hong Kong, et, dans certains cas les hépitaux publics peuvent tre les plus compétents en matiére de soins. Entre public et privé ce n'est pas tellement une question de qualité de soins mais plutét de confort (choix de son médecin traitant, temps d'attente pour les consultations, voire listes d’attente pour certains soins non urgents).
