1 SET: 1 SET:
Possibilité de régler depuis le clavier la valeur de consigne (max 9999) et le Set-point value (max 9999) and the weight oscillation filter can be programmed

consigne réglées. L’échange des contacts (pour version 4 SET: contacts
normalement fermés) pour poids décroissant se produira en tenant
compte des valeurs d’hystérésis réglées.
- En fermant l’entrée NET/BRUT ou en appuyant sur le bouton DOSA,
la valeur zéro s’affichera pour permettre à l’opérateur de charger de
différentes quantités de produits en poids net à la suite; pour afficher
le poids brut, appuyer à nouveau sur la touche ou refermer l’entrée
pendant 3 secondes.
1 CHARGE - 2 CHARGE - 3 CHARGE - 4 CHARGE:
- Possibilité de régler depuis le clavier les valeurs de consigne, lent (si
prévu), vol, poids maximum, poids minimum, temps de pause, temps
de vidange certain, tarage automatique, filtre de variations de poids.
- Calcul de la valeur vol automatique.
- Pause à partir du clavier au cours du dosage.
Dosage: En appuyant sur le bouton DOSA ou en fermant le contact START,
l’outil effectue le tarage puis commence le dosage. Lorsqu’on atteint la
valeur de SET moins le LENT, le LENT sera ouverte (début de la phase
de dosage lent). Après avoir atteint la valeur SET moins le VOL le contact
de SET sera ouvert et après le temps de pause on passera aux produits
successifs, jusqu’à la fermeture du fin de cycle (si prévue).
En cas de black-out, l’instrument ne recommence pas le dosage.
1 DÉCHARGEMENT - 2 DÉCHARGEMENT:
- Possibilité de régler depuis le clavier les valeurs de consigne, lent (si prévu),
vol, poids minimum, filtre de variations de poids, temps de pause.
- Calcul de la valeur vol automatique.
- Pause à partir du clavier au cours du dosage.
Dosage: En appuyant sur le bouton DOSA ou en fermant le contact START,
l’outil effectue le tarage automatique puis commence le dosage. Au cours
du dosage, pendant qu’on est en train d’extraire le produit, on verra le poids
augmenter sur l’écran. Lorsqu’on atteint la valeur de SET moins le LENT (si
prévue), le LENT sera ouvert (début de la phase de dosage lent). Après avoir
atteint la valeur SET moins le VOL le contact de SET sera ouvert et après
le temps de pause le poids présent sur la balance s’affichera à nouveau.
En cas de black-out, l’instrument ne recommence pas le dosage.
- The following values can be programmed from keyboard: set-points (max
9999), hysteresis, weight oscillation filter. For weight equal or greater than the
programmed set-point values the instrument will open the relevant relays.
The contact changeover (for 4 SET: normally closed contacts) is performed
for decreasing weights according to the set hysteresis values.
- By pressing DOSA key or closing the NET/GROSS input, the instrument
will display zero to allow the operator to load different quantities of product
with sequential net weight; for displaying the gross weight press DOSA
again or close the input for 3 seconds.
1 LOAD - 2 LOAD - 3 LOAD - 4 LOAD:
- The following values can be programmed from the keyboard: set, slow (if
present), fall, max weight, min weight, pause time, safe emptying time,
autotare, oscillation filter.
- Automatic fall calculation.
- Pause of the batching by the keyboard.
Batching: By closing the START contact or by pressing the DOSA key the
microprocessor executes the autotare and starts the batching. When the SET
value minus the SLOW value is reached the slow contact is opened (slow
batching phase). When the SET value minus the FALL value is reached, the
microprocessor will open the SET contact and after the waiting time you will
pass to the next products, until cycle-end closing (if present).
In case of a power supply black-out, the instrument does not start again the
batching.
1 UNLOAD with two speed - 2 UNLOAD:
- The following values can be programmed from the keyboard: set, slow (if
present), fall , minimum weight, filter, pause time.
- Automatic fall calculation.
- Pause of the batching by the keyboard.
Batching: By closing the START contact or by pressing the DOSA key the
microprocessor executes the autotare and starts the batching. During batching
the weight increase is displayed while the weight is extracted. When the SET
value minus the SLOW value (if present) is reached the slow contact is opened
(slow batching phase). When the SET value minus the FALL value is reached,
the microprocessor will open the SET contact and after the pause time the
weight on the balance will be displayed again. In case of a power supply
black-out, the instrument does not start again the batching.
