Join the convergence on Ottawa with buses being organized from across Ontario and
elsewhere to unite in action against the governments proposed "Anti-Terrorism"
legislation, Bill C-51. This proposed legislation threatens the rights and freedoms of all
Canadians, Quebeckers and First Nations people.

Gathering at the Human Rights Monument, at Elgin St. and Lisgar St.
Why:
The Senate of Canada has concluded its committee review of Bill C-51
and is scheduled to hold a final vote on the Bill in the coming days. This
march is part of the third national day of action to stop the Harper
governments secret police Bill. Previous days of action on March 14 and
April 18 saw tens of thousands mobilize in more than 70 communities.

3:15 PM the march will make its way to Parliament where the crowd will be
addressed by MPs, Senators, and civil society and union leaders in
opposition to the Bill.
