San Francisco. Une quipe de scurit animale est destin enlever des chimpanzs dans
une fort pas loin de la ville. Quelques chimpanzs sont achets par la socit Gen-Sys pour
faire des tests et expriences. Ceci est arriv beaux yeux , un chimpanz femelle, qui est
utilis comme cobayes dans les laboratoires, avec des yeux verts, d'o vient son nom . Le
scientifique Will Rodman tente de dvelopper un remde contre la maladie d'Alzheimer dans les
laboratoires de la compagnie Gen-Sys. C'est est une maladie neurodgnrative (perte
progressive de neurones) incurable du tissu crbral qui entrane la perte progressive et
irrversible des fonctions mentales et notamment de la mmoire. Son propre pre, Charles est
atteint par la maladie. Son quipe inocule un rtrovirus, le ALZ-112, sur des cobayes
chimpanzs, qui voient rapidement leurs facults cognitives augmenter.
Beaux Yeux est utilise pour ses tests, et son intelligence est remarquable pour les
scientifiques, lorsquils dcouvrent qu'elle effectue en 20 coups le test crbral qui est assez
proche du score parfait 15. Lors de la prsentation de ce produit novateur, Beaux yeux
s'vade et sme la panique. Elle est finalement abattue dans la salle de runion, sous les yeux
horrifis du conseil. Le directeur Steven Jacobs ordonne Franklin d'euthanasier les douze
autres primates. Le ALZ-112 est du coup rejet par la compagnie, pensant qu'elle rend plus
agressifs les gens. Will et Franklin dcouvrent que Beaux Yeux avait mis bas dans sa propre
cage, cherchant simplement protger son petit. l'insu de Jacobs, Will recueille le bb dans
son propre foyer afin de soustraire un chimpanz dans la liste des cobayes. Ds qu'il rentre, il
voit son pre qui joue trs mal son piano cause de la maladie. Il dit Will que c'tait son grand
jour, Will qui pensait qu'il parle de la runion s'est dit que sa mmoire s'amliore mais il se rend
compte qu'il parlait de son examen scientifique dj passer. Will dcide de lui montrer le
nouveau, il le nomme Csar. Pendant trois ans, le petit Csar va dvelopper une intelligence
accrue, transmise gntiquement par sa mre. Il se passionne pour les jeux de stratgie et
communique par langage des signes. Devant l'tat critique de son pre, le jeune scientifique
dcide de voler des chantillons du virus ALZ-112 Gen-Sys et lui injecter pour liminer la
maladie neurodgnrative. L'tat de Charles s'amliore effectivement au-del de toute attente,
il russit mme jouer correctement le piano. Un jour Csar voulant jouer avec les enfants du
voisin , c'est fait chass par celui-ci. Une blessure l'amena en face d'une vtrinaire. Will se lie
d'amiti avec la vtrinaire du zoo, Caroline, et ils forment bientt un couple. Sous
les conseilles de Caroline, Will ramenait souvent Csar dans une fort plein d'arbre pour le faire
grimp jusqu'au sommet. Cinq ans plus tard Csar se sent seul et abandonne par son matre
en voyant du sommet d'un arbre Will et Caroline s'embrassaient. Il s'est dout qu'il n'est pas
d'entre eux, qu'il n'est pas un humain. En sortant de la fort, un chien d'une compagnie venant
visiter eux aussi, aboie sur Csar. Celui-ci le rpondit avec une voix plus agressive. Will le calma
et l'emmena dans la voiture. Csar lui fait signe de lui dire la vrit sur sa nature, Will lui rpondit
qu'il tait son pre, mais compris aussitt que ce n'ait pas ce qu'il attendait. Il dcide donc
l'emmener en face du laboratoire Gen-Sys, et lui raconte toute la vrit depuis sa naissance. La
colre de Csar se rveille contre les assassins de sa mre. Ils rentrent la maison et Will
explique l'intelligence de Csar en Caroline. Le systme immunitaire de Charles commence
combattre le rtrovirus. Un jour, pris de dmence, il entre en conflit avec l'un de ses voisins. En
effet Charles avait encore oubli qu'il ne conduisait plus. Le voisin avait laiss sa voiture ouverte
avec les cls et Charles en profita pour conduire en pensant que c'tait sa voiture, mais il n'a pas
pu contrler la voiture et frappe les 2 voitures autour de lui. Le voisin le vit, et le menaa
d'appeler la police avec son doigt. Tmoin de la scne, Csar, devenu adulte, se prcipite pour
protger son matre. Il propulse le voisin au sol et mord son doigt avec lequel le voisin pointait
Charles. Le singe est captur par les autorits et forc de rejoindre un refuge pour primates,
San Bruno, le mme refuge qui avait captur sa mre il y a 7 ans. Il est d'abord emmen dans
une fort artificielle par Will et Caroline sous l'ordre du grant de la socit, puis il l'enferme
dedans. Enfin un gardien le guide en le pigeant jusqu' une cage et l'enferme dedans. Ds
son arrive dans la cage, les singes dans les cages d' ct commencent crier et hurler en le
voyant. Lui qui n'a jamais t en contact avec ses semblables, il est forc de cohabiter avec une
bande de primates abandonns par leurs matres et maltraits par des gardiens sans scrupules
qui lui fait des grimaces en partant.

Rise of the planet of the Apes

escapes and does panic. She is finally shot down in the meeting room, under eyes horrified by
the council. The manager Steven Jacobs orders in Franklin to euthanize twelve other primates.
The ALZ-112 is of the blow rejected by the company, thinking that she makes more aggressive
people. Will and Franklin discover that " Bright Eyes " had put low in her own cage, trying
simply to protect its young. Without knowing Jacobs, Will takes the baby in his own home to
subtract a chimpanzee in the list of guinea pigs. As soon as he brings in, he sees his father
who plays very badly his piano because of the disease. He tells to Will that it was its big day,
Will who thought that he speaks about the meeting said himself that his memory improves but
he realizes that he spoke about his scientific examination already pass. Will decides to show
him the new, he names him Caesar. During three years, the small Caesar is going to develop a
greater intelligence, passed on genetically by her mother. He is passionate about games of
strategy and communicates by sign language. In front of the critical state of his father, the
young scientist decides to steal samples of the virus ALZ-112 to Gen-Sys and to inject him to
eliminate the neurodegenerative disease. Charles's state improves actually beyond any wait, it
manages even to play correctly the piano. One day Caesar who wants to play with the children
of the neighbor, it is made hunted by this one. A wound brought him in front of a veterinarian.
Will makes friends with the veterinarian of the zoo, Caroline, and they soon form a couple.
Under advise them of Caroline, Will often returned Caesar in a forest height of tree to make
him climbed up to the summit. Five years later Caesar feels alone and abandoned by its
master by seeing of the top of a tree Will and Caroline kissed each other. He suspected that he
is not of them, that he is not a human being. By going out of the forest, a dog of a company
coming to visit too, barks on Caesar. This one answered it with a more aggressive voice. Will
calmed him and took him in the car. Caesar makes a sign to him to tell the truth to him on his
nature, Will answered him that he was his father, but understood as soon as it has for what he
waited. He thus decides to take him in front of the laboratory Gen-Sys, and tells him all the
truth since his birth. The anger of Caesar wakes up against the murderers of her mother. They
return home and Will explains Caesar's intelligence to Caroline. Charles's immune system
begins to fight the retrovirus. One day, taken by insanity, he enters conflict with one of his
neighbors. Indeed Charles had still forgotten that he did not drive any more. The neighbor had
left its car opened with keys and Charles took advantage of it to drive by thinking that it was its
car, but he was not able to control the car and strikes 2 cars around him. The neighbor lives
him, and threatened it to call the police with the finger. Witness of the scene, Caesar, become
an adult, rushes to protect its master. He propels the neighbor on the ground and bites the
finger with which the neighbor pointed Charles. The monkey is captured by the authorities and
forced to join a refuge for primates, to San Bruno, the same refuge which had captured her
mother 7 years ago. He is taken at first in an artificial forest by Will and Caroline under the
order of the manager of the company, then he locks him inside. Finally a guard guides him by
trapping it up to a cage and locks him inside. From his arrival in the cage, the monkeys in
cages nearby begin to shout and to roar in the clairvoyant. He who was never in touch with his
fellow men, it is forced to live with a band of primates abandoned by their masters and
mistreated by guards without scruples which makes faces to him by leaving.
