The company Directskills has developed for temporary employment companies and for
companies using temporary work, an internal BAPS software solution whose objective is to
facilitate and optimize the management of temporary work.
Franois Chauvin is the founder and the general manager.
The company operates in Agile method with a research and development team working
closely with the support team in order to respond as quickly as possible to the customer
needs.
I have integrated for ten weeks the team of developers supervised by Audrey BARADEL,
scrum master who oversees the monitoring and project progress.
The computer languages used during my internship are ReactJS for the front end, Java 8
Spring for the Back end and Transact SQL for the database.
I worked on implementing new Back Office features in the BAPS ETT software based on
the needs expressed by the company Directskills to have a visibility on the consumption of
documents of temporary work enterprises.
I was framed in the project design (questionning to understand the needs of the customer,
construction of the specification (user story, use case, wireframe), modelling the database
from the existing one).
The project is important, on the technical aspects, I treated, with respect to the Redux and
the Model-`View-Controller architectures the temporary work enterprise customer visibility
with the possibility from Directskills to create and modify a temporary work enterprise
customer.
This high quality internship allowed me to immerse myself in the reality of the developers
business. I was able to work with high-level professionals with skills and requirements.
This internship made me develop skills in technology with high potential and allowed me to
comprehend the Atlasssian versioning, ticketing, documentation tolls.
