Mon, ma, mes are possessive adjectives, like

‘my’ in English.
Like other adjectives in French, they agree in
number and gender with the noun which follows.
When the noun belongs to the first person Je,
you use ‘mon’, ‘ma’, ‘mes’. When it belongs to 2nd
person, tu, you use ‘ton’, ‘ta’, ‘tes’.

even if the noun is feminine.
