I have to experience the work in that company and learn the culture of the company
and then I will take creative ways to look the problems and find the solutions in a unique

I want to be a contributing member of the team by getting up the speed quickly. I want
to increase my knowledge, my skills and after few times working there, I would like to
apply for higher position.

• How is your personal relationship with other workers at job site?

I had an excellent professional relationship with coworkers, we assist each other, work
as a team to solve problem, learn from each skill to get good results.

 What do you consider to be your weaknesses?

I consider saying ‘No’ is my weakness. I cannot say No to requests to whom I can handle
by taking more work on them. I always tried to improve the work area, make it better,
sometimes I got stressed to take in depth the work.

I am single so I will travel alone. But I can make friends easily to where I work. That
helps me a lot to travel and work.

I do well in different types of work environment, I adopt the environment. I also work in
a company we have freedom to make decision on our own and I enjoyed it, but I also
work in company following strict rules, I had no issue with them, rather I learn the
environment also.
• What will you do if you don't get this job?

I will explore more and trained myself for more opportunities and wait. But I am
hoping ,I do not have to think more about it.

• What do you know about this company?

I really respect the company constantly growth in construction projects. I know you are
offering a lot civil and architectural projects to world in general and marine sector as
well.

• Are you currently employed? If no, what happened to your previous job?

I am currently working in Pakistan as Security supervisor but I am also looking for good
opportunity to grow my career and enhance my skills.

• What is your greatest professional achievement?

I want to be honest, In my first job as a trainee Engineer the company closes in no time
but it was not my fault, I did my responsibilities but unfortunately it closes. Then In
customer services I help them to enhance business by providing them best customer
services.

• How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations?

I find that communication is the best solution during stress, so I focused on work and my
goals. I think stress can create confusion and not feeling about clear what to do. I just
keep working and communicate with seniors if I stuck in some situations.

• What do you like to do outside of work?

I love to play sports after the works and cook my food as I feel myself happy while
playing sports and cooking food and make me fresh for next day work.

• Our current and highly paid project is the completion of a National Football
Stadium (the President’s Stadium, Olembe Stadium), Railway Stations,
Roads and Bridges in the Republic of CAMEROON, This is a 4 Years
Renewable Contract.The time for execution of the project is limited and we
need skilled and experienced workers as soon as possible to meet up with
time. Secondly, while working with Penta-Ocean Construction Co. LTD
team in Cameroon, the company will update you with the new contract
opportunities available. You can renew your contract immediately this one
expires. The working environment and working conditions for all our
employees in Cameroon are the same with the working environment and
