Terms and Conditions for eCCRIS Registration

1. By clicking the ‘Submit’ button, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions
set in this section.

2. To proceed with the online eCCRIS registration, a processing fee of RM1 will be
imposed. The eCCRIS registration will only be completed when full payment is
received. The processing fee is refundable through your bank account within two
working days.

3. In performing the eCCRIS registration, an individual user may use his or her online
banking account facility only for payment. Please provide accurate and valid
information on the banking account. Failure to do so may result in an unsuccessful
eCCRIS registration.

4. Your eCCRIS account will be created upon successful payment through the
respective online banking system.

5. OTP/TAC will be sent through SMS and emailed to your respective phone number
and email. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate and valid.

6. BNM reserves the right to reject incomplete/dubious eCCRIS applications.
